Description: Wings of the Dragon is actually present on all clan members when born, but are actually sealed natrually. The Clan Members themselves cannot activate the Kekkei Genkai. Only Clan Elders, who wave materials, and jutsu bestowed upon them by the Dragons of which they worship, which they use in order to unseal the clan member's seal, which allows them to use their wings. The wings are each as large as a human being, but because of the structure of the wing, they can be folded up, and shirts can be worn over the wings to keep them out of sight. In addition, clan members do not actually have nails, but rather, extremely strong, yet realtively short, claws, used for weapons against foes during close combat, which, because of the Kekkei Genkai's weakness, make close combat relatively dangerous.

The ability to control the flight is based on the user's own skill. It is, however, impossible to perform extreme feats of agility with the wings without a certain Jutsu. Clan Members can simply make turns, and change direction, and they're not quick at that. Unless using the special Jutsu, the most use for the Kekkei Genkai is either travel or escape.

Weakness: Because of all the weight saving features that are needed in order to take flight, a Clan member's bones are actually weaker than that of a normal human being, which means they can be broken easier, and a clan member can be disabled more easily in combat. In addition, without the Air Acrobat technique, which takes a large amount of time to learn, and even longer to master, confusing and doging manuvers in the sky are out of the question.
