Ryuugan / Dragon's Eye

Name of the Kekkei Genkai: Ryuugan
Type of Kekkei Genkai: Doujutsu

Description: The Ryuugan was given to Ryuuza before he went forward in time to the modern era by the Elder Dragon and therefore is technically not a Kekkei Genkai and therefore can not be passed down like other eye-based Kekkei Genkai. However, it is possible for Ryuuza to give the Ryuugan to another person at the cost of his health and some of his lifespan, but he does not have this ability yet. Rather than having stages of evolution of the eye or abilities that can only be used after a certain point has reached, the eye has three different variations that the user can switch between that give the user different abilities that each have their own strengths and weaknesses. The three types are the Crimson Eye, the Azure Eye, and the Jade Eye. When the Ryuugan is active, both the iris and sclera change color in each eyes and the pupils become elongated slits.
The Crimson Eye
Abilities: In this variation, the iris turns a deep red and the sclera is a dull pink. aThe Crimson Eye gives the user three specific abilities that relate to dragons and the spirituality of the Dragon Guild that can each be activated on command:
• Ikitsugi - The ability to breathe fire. Comprable to a C or B-rank ninjutsu.
• Kanjiru - The ability to sense others' presence. The pupil of the eye decreases in width when this ability is used. Comprable to a D or C-ranked ninjutsu
• Umidasu-Yamata - This ability is more of a Doujutsu that summons a large amount of chakra that manifests itself in the shape of a dragon that the user can then attack with. This attack can be used with amounts of chakra so it can be comprable to a B, A, or S-rank ninjutsu. The pupil increases in width when this technique is used.
Weakness: Breathing fire takes up a fair amount of chakra, especially for a Water-user like Ryuuza who can not use Fire-based spells on his own, so it is especially difficult for him to breathe fire. For "Umidasu-Yamata", using the A or S-ranked variation of the attack exhausts the user and causes temporary blindness (1 post for A-rank, 2 posts for S-rank) and he can not use the Ryuugan again for another 3 posts after that.
The Azure Eye
Abilities: In this variation, the iris turns a deep blue, the sclera is a light blue, and the pupil also dilates a little. The ability of the Azure Eye is called "Mizuchi" which lets the user have a heightened control of water. The user can take control of any body of water and even pull moisture out of the air if there is no body of water around. He can also pull moisture out of his own and others' bodies for use (Note: Ryuuza can only pull water out of others' bodies if they either let him or are severely weakened). Water can also be manipulated so that it freezes into ice or boils into steam which can also be used for attacks. When a lot of chakra is put in, Ryuuza can also counter almost any Water technique used against him and turn it into his own attack.
Weakness: Since the Azure Eye uses water, Ryuuza's abilities are weak against what water is weak against. It can be overpowered by Earth element and can conduct Lightning Element which is dangerous when Ryuuza's water comes in contact with his body. Some yin-yang manipulations such as Wood Element also have an advantage over water and therefore have an advantage over this ability. The larger the amount of water manipulated, the more exhausting it is on the user's body. This ability lasts for 3 posts After the Azure Eye is used, Ryuuza can not use the Ryuugan again for 5 posts.
The Jade Eye
Abilities: In this variation, the iris turns a deep green, the sclera is a light green, and the pupil decreases in width. The Jade Eye gives Ryuuza the ability called "Watatsumi" which allows him to transform into a serpentine dragon of one of four sizes with grey and blue scales and green eyes:
• The first is a half a meter in length. While in this form, Ryuuza can fly. He can stay in this form indefinitely. Ryuuza can switch between this form and the next form freely.
• The second is a meter in length and can fly and manipulate water. He can stay in this form for up to 10 posts. He can transform from this form to the next form within the first 5 posts and can stay in the next form for up to 2 posts.
• The third is three meters in length and can fly, breathe fire, and manipulate water. He gains more ferocity in combat than the previous form and is impervious to all spells and ninjutsu below C-rank. He can stay in this form for up to 5 posts. He can shift from this form into the next form as long as it is within the first 3 posts, then he can only stay in the form for one more post. If Ryuuza had transformed from the previous form and wishes to go to the final form, he can not have spent more than one post in this form.
• The last form is five meters in length, can fly, breathe fire, and manipulate water. He becomes very fierce in battle to the point he will attack whatever moves. Also, he is impervious to all spells and ninjutsu below B-rank. He can stay in this form for 2 posts at maximum.
Weakness: There are no drawbacks from his first two transformations other than that they are physically weaker than Ryuuza himself. After he transforms back from the two larger dragons he can not use any variation of the Ryuugan for 5 posts for the second largest one and 10 posts for the largest one. Going into the form of the two larger dragons exhausts Ryuuza and affects his health. While transformed into the two larger dragons, it is possible for him to be locked in a state of rage and attack anything that moves. Also, if the transformation is overused, Ryuuza will become easily enraged while in his normal state.
