Yoshimaru watched as his bird was wrapped around paper, as he put his hands in the tiger sign. The handsign was like a trigger, igniting the powder inside the wooden bird to explode, as the paper bured that was around it. Yoshimaru quickly leaped back wards once the explosion was set, and looked upwards at incoming kunai like paper, sighing. He then put his hands into the Dog sign, as he sank down into the ground like sinking in water. He was underground now, travelling around, avoiding the kunai that hit the surface.

Kai's chakra infused paper had made it so that the blast did not even reach him. As the smoke cleared, he saw Yoshimaru sink into the ground to avoid the kunai. This was a smart move indeed. With little effort, he was able to dodge them all. The kunai kit the ground like hail, stabbing their tips into the soft soil. Kai made a tiger hand sign, and they started to fold into something new. The hundred os sheets of paper folded into paper beetles that began to dig deep into the ground. The entire area now had the paper beetles all over, underground.

Yoshimaru could feel something on the surface scitter and scatter around, knowing it was one of Kai's paper animal attacks. He then began to dig further forwards, getting out of area from which the beetles were in. He sprung out of the ground and became in mid air, making a series of handsigns. He put his hands out and put his right palm on the back of his left hand, "Mud dragon release!"He shouted and a giant mud dragon came out of his hands, larger than the last one, with its mouth open and ready to bite down on Kai and his paper bird, which he was aiming for.

Kai leaped off of his bird as the dragon bit down on the eagle. Making a single handsign, the bird exploded, sending the mud dragon into pieces. As Kai fell, he peeled into many sheetes of paper that folded into butterflies. Many of the butterflies raced towards Yoshimo who was still suspended in the air. They would slice him to ribbons if given the chance. The other few butterflies glided higher into the sky, grew and folded togethre to reveal Kai once again, making handseals.

"Doragon Chuushin" (Dragon Heart)

Another paper dragon formed, roaring loudly as Kai landed on it.

Yoshimaru gasped once his mud dragon was destroyed and exploded by Kai's large bird. "Dammit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"H eyelled as he saw Kai dissappear into hundreds of butterflies, becoming frustraited. He began to get more angry, running out of idea's to use. He put out his hands and put one hand out, "Pebble storm!"He shouted and small pebbles, going as fast and as hard as 10 fire hoses on high, shooting at the butterflies that were raining down at him, slowly falling down to the ground.

The stones shot through the butterflies, tearing them to pieces. Though they were not ment to strike the dragon, some of them got close as he moved away. The dragon reared and sent a large tunnel of fire at Yoshimo, that spun and curled towards him.

This fight with Yoshimaru was more difficult that Kai had anticipated and he hoped that the rest of the Akatsuki would be done soon.

Yoshimaru then took his hand back once he tore all the butterflies to pieces, hoping he had hit the dragon as well. He landed on his feet, breathing heavily. He made the tiger sign with one hand and a woodclone formed out of his back. He grabbed the clone by the hands and threw him at Kai. As the clone was in mid air, he exploded witht he command and shattered into millions of wood needles, tipped with poison. The needles came at Kai and his dragon, seeming to change directions as it swerved a bit in a pack. "I will not die!!!"He yelled to Kai, his voice filled with anger.

Kai placed his hands out towards the swirling needles that threatened him. They each onrolled into a sheet of paper. Wood jutsu was useless against him. As he brought his hands back together, he formed a handsign.

Yoshimaru had forgotten about the hundreds of paper beetles that had dug into the ground. He had kept them hidden, waiting for Yoshimo to return to the soil. And now was his chance.

The ground below Yoshimo's feet exploded....

Yoshimaru groaned and leaped upward once he felt the ground underneath his feet beginning to rumble a bit. He was in mid air once he saw below him, a large explosion of flames. He sighed, balling himself up with his limbs, making sure his torso or face wasnt burned as he kept soaring upwards. Once he was safe enough distance from the explosion, as it calmed down. He unballed himself and put his arms out, "Snake launch!"He yelled as one earth like snake shot out of his sleeves, aiming for Kai with their mouths open.

Kai made a few handsigns as the serpent of earth raced towards him. "Onite!!!" (Demon Hand)

Five pieces of paper, infused with chakra, folded around Kai's right hand. Each one man a claw that could easily cut trhough steel. Kai waited for the perfect moment when the snake was just about to strike. He brought his claws down and sliced trhough the snake, making it crumble.

At that moment, Kai could feel Hitoshi stretch out his mind to all of the members of Akatsuki. After hearing his message, he nodded.

"I envy your confidence and will to live... I hope that we do not meet again. I fear that only one of our dreams will come true, and I would hate to have to take someone elses to obtain my own...."

The dragon soared up high into the sky and glided away, twisting and turning in the wind, untill Kai could not longer be seen........
