Oh this is a sub-topic from the fights in konoha. If we have to wait for a soecific oerson to post each time, then it will take more than an hour everytime somone posts. So it was decided that we could make a sub-topic. We are just bringing our fight over here.

Oh, I get it now. So, it was my turn to post, ne? So me and you are supposed to fight... Here? I think I get it now. Can you post your one post on when me and you began to fight, so I can re-read it and post?

As Yoshimaru had been busy watching Kaji, he did not notice that Kai had leaped into the air. Just as the sword reached three feet from Kaji, Kai fell back down to the ground and landed on the sword, causing the tip to crash into the ground. Kai had used his chakra to hodl himself onto the sword. he now stood on it's blade and looked down at Yoshimaru as Kaji got away.

"Unfortunatly....we must fight...."

Yoshimaru stopped dead in his tracks once he saw, once more, another Akatsuki member appear into the battle. He sighed and turned his head to look at Kai. He coughed and noticed that Kai was standing on his sword. He laughed and said, "If you are planning to use my sword, dont get so cocky.. Its like Kisame's sword.. Only my clan can weild it.."Yoshimaru warned Kai, as he stepped back and took out a few kunai. He held one kunai in his right hand, and one in his left, ready for whatever Kai had to bring at him.

[Kyo]

"It is a nice sword... but I do not plan on using it. I believe that weapons are evil and only cause death. that is why i do not carry any with me."

Kai would not be the one to attack first. It was not in his nature. He was not suited to be in the Akatsuki, but his abilities got him in. he did not wish to kill anyone or even to fight. He just simply needed to stall Yoshimaru whil the others did what they needed. If it were up to Kai, he would just sit here in the stillness and both he and Yoshimaru could waste time by waiting for the other one to attack.

Yoshimaru didnt know much about Kai, but from the way he talked to him so calmly, he seemed like he didnt even want to fight him. Yoshimaru knew that Kai was up too though; he was trying to hold him back as Kaji and the others kill the Hyuuga, if he hasnt been killed already. Yoshimaru smiled and put away his kunai, activating his Koudogan. His eyes turned a green color, as his pupil spread into 4 sharp points. He smirked as his hands, and feet turned a brown color, from the cause of his skin beginning to earthen. He was now able to view the weak points on Kai from his doujutsu.

Yoshimaru then put his hands out, as a sharp point popped out of his hands, coming out more as it formed into a spear head. "Spear head ejection!"He commanded and he shot the earth hard spear heads at Kai, coming like a bullet.

[Kyo]

Kai instantly teared into a thousand paper butterflies that fluttered about in circle. The butterflies scattered just as the spears shot passed them, only for the butterflies to move back to where they originaly were. The butterflies spun into a small tornado that merged them all together untill kai was formed again.

"Please... I do not wish to kill you.... just let use have the Hyuuga..."

[Shin Uchiha]

Yoshimaru groaned in frustration, as he watched Kai turn into paper butterflies, then back into Kai again. "I wont let you guys take the Hyuuga, I know what you want from him.."He shouted and growled, becoming angered. Yoshimaru made a few handsigns and stuck his arms out. Two earth snakes shot out of his arms, counting up to four. The snakes soared in the air in a clockwise twist, coming at Kai. The snakes shot their mouths open in an instant, as they showed their long fangs, with green ivy poison dripping out of the tips. Two snakes on his right arm then turned their direction, and came at his right side. Two other snakes on his left arm did the same, but turned to the left.

Kai lifted his hand to show several small origami birds. They flew up from his hands and grew to the size of a persons head. The birds charged at the snakes untill they clashed. The birds exploded when they made contact with the snakes. The best way to describe Kai, was a mix between Deidera and Konan. He now knew that the man infront of him was set on protecting the Hyuuga.

"Tell me.... are you will to die for him...?

Kai sounded somewhat depressed as he spoke.

Yoshimaru watched as the explosion from the birds rose up the snakes, until it almost hit his arm. Yoshimaru took back his arm, protecting himself from the after explosion. After the smoke cleared around him, he coughed and looked at Kai. "Im willing to die for my fellow Konoha shinobi..."he said in a heavy tone. He took a deep breath and put out his hand upright, as if he was holding something in it. A wood bird quickly formed in his hand from the earth like skin on his hands. "You like making birdies go boom too, I see..."He said with a smirk and threw the wooden bird at Kai. The bird was atleast the size of a rat, but what was inside the wooden bird, would make Kai think again.

As the bird few at Kai, it exploded instantly, atleast just about 4 feet away from him. The bird was filled with explosive powder of some sort, that was triggered by Yoshimaru's string of chakra that he had attached to it. He made the tiger sign, causing the string of chakra to act like a trigger, and make the bird explode.

A drop of blood hit the soft soil below Kai's feet. A small sharp ink pen was held in his right hand. And the bandages around his arms were partialy unraveled to show cutting scars all across his arms, and a brand new one that dripped with fresh blood. A piece of paper lay on the ground next to a wall of earth that had protected him from the black. One the piece of paper, written in blood, it said, "A large piller of earth rose up out of the ground just in time to protect Kai"

The biece of paper moved over to Kai and then slide onto his skin, merging with him once again.

"So you will die for the Hyuuga.... then it cannot be helped. Do not blame me for this...."

Yoshimaru chuckled and smirked, "So, are you made of paper or something?"He asked and then made a few handsigns. He wasnt expecting another pillar to come up and protect Kai, so he tried a new tactic to use. Yoshimaru made a wood clone, forming from his back, as the woodclone stood next to him. Yoshimaru made the dog sign, and looked down, "Mole Hiding technique."He commanded and sunk into the ground, as he travelled around the earth to God only knows where he was going.

The woodclone stood exactly where he was, as he and Yoshimaru came up with a plan, soon to be revealed.

Normaly, when someone realizes something like this a smile would emerge from their face. But Kai looked just as depressed as before. he stuck his hand out towards the wood clone, and it peeled into a pile of paper. Kai can turn any form of wood into paper. The clone was now a pile of paper that Kai now controled. While this happened, thousands of sheets of paper flew out of Kai's sleeves. they folded together to make A giant origami Eagle that Kai jumped onto. The eagle soared up into the sky, out of reach from the grounds surface.

Yoshimaru continued to travel underground as if it were like water. He could feel his wood clone weakening in his presence, until the feeling was gone. He knew the clone had been destroyed, but how so quickly? Yoshimaru then bursted out of the ground with full power, as if he was springing off the surface of the ground itself. He activated his second level of his Koudogan, making a dot appear above his pupil with a ring around it. He was now able to see the chakra flow within Kai, and the weakpoints as well. His skin fully turned brown, as leaves grew around his eyes. Yoshimaru was still in mid air, enough to do atleast one attack. Yoshimaru made a few handsigns, as he took in a large breath of air.

He then put out both of his arms, his right palm on the back of his left hand, "Earth Dragon Extendtion."He commanded and mud shot out of the palm of his left hand directly at Kai, in the form of a large dragon. The dragon's mouth opened and his eyes beated red, as its mouth got even more wider, wanting to bite down on Kai and his Orogami bird.

Kai reacted quickly as the dragon approached. His eagle flew up high to evade the attack as Kai made quick signs with his hands.

"Doragon Chuushin" (Dragon Heart)

Many sheets of paper flew out of Kai's sleeves and folded together while heading towards the mud dragon. The pieces of paper folded together to make a giant dragon that opened it's mouth to shoot out a long stream of fire. The mud dragon hardened under the extreem heat and as the paper dragon struck it, the hardened mud dragon cracked and shattered.

The paper dragon now flew towards Yoshimaru and belowed another breathe of flames at him.

Yoshimaru gasped when he saw flames spew from the paper dragons mouth, as he quickly put his hands together, cancelling the dragon, once it was burned and began to crumble. Yoshimaru began to fall from gravity, using up his one chance to strike Kai. He then watched as the flames began to come after him, as he turned his head to the right, his body following him. He then put one hand out towards the ground, "Wood release technique."He commanded as giant wood roots shot out of the groun, as Yoshimaru landed on the tip. He was quick enough as the flames were still coming at him, about 10 meters away.

He quickly jumped off the top of the giant root that bursted out of the ground earier, and hid behind it, hoping to be shielded by the blast of fire.

The blast of the fire was blocked by the root that shielded him. The dragon then rushed around the root where Yoshimaru was and sent out another blast of fire. The root was laready on fire from the last blast and would not hold if it was moved to take a second.

[Shin Uchiha]

Yoshimaru's root began to crumble, seeing how heat was emitting from it. The root was on fire. Yoshimaru then saw the Dragon come around the giant root, as he acted quickly, knowing the dragon was probably going to shoot another fire blast. Yoshi leaped backwards and made the dog sign, "Wooden Barrier!"He commanded and giant roots from the left and right of him shot out of the ground, and began to form a semi circle around and infront of him, protecting him from the blast of fire.


Yoshimaru knew the wood barrier wouldnt hold out against fire for a long time, as he backed away a few feet and two wood clones formed from his right and left side. He sighed, knowing he used up a quite a bit of chakra from all the wood attacks. Yoshimaru and one of his clones jumped up from out of the barrier, as Yoshimaru took the clones hands, and threw the clone at the dragon.

As the clone flew at the dragon, it poofed into a Demon Wind Shuriken, coming at Kai with an insane amount of speed, hoping it would cut the dragon to shred it.

[Kyo]

Right when Yoshimaru jumpe dout from behind the shield, it quickly pealed into thousands of pieces of paper. it looked as if a gust of wind had blown of a large stack of sheets adn skattered them among the floor.

The dragon blew out his fire and it destroyed the clone, but within the clone was a demon wind shuriken that drove fast at the dragon. The dragon was torn in half by the kunai that cut right through it. The dragon then literaly fell to pieces as all teh sheets unfolded and drifted across the battle field.

The hundren of sheets of paper from Yoshimaru's shield started to move. They folded themselves into tiny paper crickets that started bouncing all over the place. When any of them got within 10 feet of Yoshimo or his clones, they tried to jump onto them. SHould they land on tehir targets, they would clinge to them and then explode.

[Shin Uchiha]

Yoshimaru landed back on his feet, exausted from the throwing of his clone that weighed as much as he did. He didnt mind that his sheild just turned into paper, since he didnt notice the papers starting to form into crickets. Yoshimaru began to sence that something around him was moving, and fst, but there were lots of them. He looked down to see crickets on the ground, as they got closer to him. He quickly sprung backwards and his woodclone next to him, the second one he made before the shuriken attack was made.

The woodclone leaped infront of Yoshimaru once the crickets jumped at Yoshimaru, as the clone spread its arms and legs out, hoping to sheild Yoshi from the explosion.

Yoshimaru's main target was to get to Kai, and to physically hurt him in a way to make him give up. Yoshi stepped back more, taking aim at Kai as he put his hands out, and two earth snakes came out of both arms, heading at Kai with a high speed.

[Kyo]

The many crickets jumped and landed on the clone. After one second... they exploded.

The earth snakes twisted and reared their fangs as they shot towards him.

Kai had used the paper from Yoshimaur's shield to make the crickets... but he still had the paper that the dragon was made out of. Yoshimaru should have known this. Just because you cut a pice of paper in half... does not mean that the tow pieces can no longer fold. Not only that, but the dragon was cut in half, and it was made with many sheets of paper, so therer were still plenty to be used.

Kai had been making handsigns even after his dragon was created. The sheets of paper where the dragon had been, flew up inot the sky at rapid speed. As they flew, they formed together to make a giant cobra that was coiled on the ground, even while being to very high up into the air. The snake was enfused with chakra to make it even stronger. The large snake had dried poison in the sheets of paper, and could even shoot poison from it's mouth.

Just as the two small earth snakes were about to reach Kai, the large cobra caught them both in his mouth, and cunched down on them.

"Dokueki (Venom)"

Yoshimaru groaned as his snakes were quickly destroyed with a simple action of the Cobra's strong jaw. He took his hands back, letting the snakes body crumble as well. He sighed, knowing he didnt have many tricks up his sleeve to defeat this cobra. He scowled, focusing hard on the Cobra. He knew he hadnt awaken the third form of his Koudogan, which he was trying to aim for, or near it. He put out his hand, as if he were holding something in his palm. A bird made of wood/earth from the ground like material that his skin was made of suddenly was formed, as he took it and pulled his arm back, throwing it at the Cobra when its mouth was open, "Eat this!!!"He shouted and put his hands out, having chakra strings attatched to the little bird, making it fly in his command to anywhere; partically aiming for its mouth.

[Kyo]

As the bird neared the cobra, all the sheets of paper unfolded. The snake seemed to rapidly peel. A fe wof the pices of paper wrapped around the bird like a christmas gift. The rest of the many pieces, folded into kunai. They still had the dried poison within them as they feel like rain., towards Yoshimaru.
