Location of the seal on the body: Top of vertebrate, between back of neck and head.

Positive Effects (for the user): Restrains the opponents brain activity, stemming chain of thought and completely stopping all voluntary actions. The opponent blacks out, as they cannot think whatsoever (involuntary actions still function, such as heart beat, breathing, blood circulation, etc).

Negative Effects (for the user): Stops flow of chakra to the used hand, therefore being unable to perform any jutsus with it. Hand appears red and raw after seal use. Only a temporary seal, and fades after a day or so.

Transformation Effect: none

Seal Info: Can be reused on the same person after it has completely faded. The victim regains consciousness after about 3-4 hours, and some senses return, although not all. Victim can still not properly think until about a day after the seal was used

Actually, can you give me an rp sample on how you'll be using this seal?

Yeah, it seems interesting but not explained too well, an RP sample should fix that. It doesn't have to be super long though.

well, its hard enough as it is to actually use the seal on someone, saying as you'll never get that close to use it on them unless they are restrained. it is mostly for help in catching bijuus. but heres an rp sample:

Hayaji looked across at his younger opponent. Jon had withstanded a considerable amount of damage, but now was the time for the bijuu locked within to finally be captured. "This has gone on far too long. This ends now."

Hayaji used his ice restrain jutsu to rapidly encase Jon's limbs. Jon only noticed after it was too late. He was now stuck in this ice trap. "You'll be hunted," Jon screamed, "every ninja will be after you!!" Hayaji smirked and knew it was an empty threat. Ninja where scared of them. He knew what he had to do in order to capture the bijuu. He dramatically made his way around to the back of Jon, performing hand seals all the while.

"Goodnight," Hayaji said, and slammed his outstretched palm into Jon's neck. He screamed for 3 seconds, then he was out. The seal was visible, swirling outwards from its position.

"I hate using this," he said, staring at his suddenly raw and red left hand.

He removed the jutsu encasing Jon. Then Hayaji slung him over his shoulder, and made his way into the dark and dreary night.
