Location of the seal on the body: Upper Body
Positive Effects: The seal gives the user a considerable boost in power as a defense mechanism. The boost is noticeable by an increase in the user's strength, speed, chakra levels, and ninjutsu strength (especially Lightning element).
Negative Effects: Overuse of the seal can result in the weakening of the user's body while out of the elevated state and make the user rely on the seal's power to fight and, in serious cases, continue to live. In some cases, prolonged use of the seal can make the user fall into a blind rage.
Transformation Effect: The transformation effects vary from person to person, but all users of the seal share a common characteristic when transformed: The seal, while when inactive is dark blue, glows bright gold.

Kazuki's Seal
Kazuki's seal is the full A-Rank Thunderbolt Seal. While inactive, the seal covers his torso and arms. He has three levels of transformations for his seal. For the first level, his hair will lengthen and his eyes will turn red. Yellow-Gold colored electric sparks will surround his body.

For the second stage, the electric sparks around him will start glowing bright blue and his eyes will have some electricity coming out of them, but it will improve Kazuki's eyesight by a noticeable margin rather than harm it. His hair also becomes messier because of the larger amount of chakra being released form his body.

For the final stage, Kazuki's body hardens into a metallic state and his hair will fall off. The seal then spreads to his head and legs, and already existing parts of the seal will take on a more elaborate design. Entering this stage is equivalent to opening 7 of the 8 chakra gates. He has complete control of this state, but use of this state can be almost surely fatal especially when the user is low on chakra.


Hoshimaru's Seal
Hoshimaru's seal is a weakened B-Rank seal that Kazuki gave to him because he was afraid the full A-Rank would be too much for Hoshimaru to control. However, after Hoshimaru gets past the first transformation, the technique is on par with the A-Rank seal. While inactive, the seal covers only Hoshimaru's right arm. He has three levels of transformations for his seal. For the first level, his hair will turn gold and his eyes will turn red. Yellow-Gold colored electric sparks will surround his body. Additionally, his chakra will turn red only in this stage.

For the second stage, the electric sparks around stop and instead a light purple aura surrounds him. His hair lengthens and stands up because of the larger amount of chakra being released form his body. His chakra will turn purple only in this stage. In this stage, Hoshimaru has no control over his actions and is locked in a state of rage.

For the final stage, Hoshimaru regains control of himself. His eyes turn blue and his aura becomes a mixture of light blue and gold. Along with self-control, Hoshimaru also gains a considerable boost in power. He can use Light element at this stage as best as he could. However, after transforming back from this stage, he runs out of chakra and won't be able to battle for at least a few days, at most a month.


Seal Info: Kazuki developed the seal after researching about Orochimaru's Cursed Seals. He created it as a defense mechanism rather than an evil chakra source and gave it to himself. He gave a weaker version of the seal to Hoshimaru.
