Fatality seal

Location of the seal on the body: On the right of the neck
Positive Effects:
The seals main effect is that using blood it has collected and amplified and purified into pure medical chakra. It can activate when a fatal wound is taken affect and it allows the seal to spread to that spot and use the medical chakra to slowly heal that wound. If a internal organ is hit or damaged to the sense that it stops the seal can work internally and fix it.
The second ability is that once a new blood is introduced into Kaji's system the seal will activate and glow a deafly red and it will draw in the blood to it and it will create a new marking on the seal allowing the seal to create a Pure medical chakra from it. Each kill is good for about 2 fatal wounds.
Negative Effects:
The first affect is that Kaji must either Kill a person or take so much blood they would probably die from blood loss. It also takes about 30% of Kaji's chakra to keep the seal running. It however cannot survive more than one Fatal wound at once. So if you Inflict 2 fatal wounds on the kaji. He will stay die.
