Ruumashi Teruki - Earth Ninja (Waiting for admin)

Classification: *waiting for admin*
Village: Iwagakure (land of earth)
Alignment: lawful good, following orders, doing his work, such as.
Appearance: Height: 185cm 6.06 feet
Weight: 73kg 161 Pounds
Hairstyle: Hanging hair, beard.
Haircolor: grey, with a little brown in it.
Eighcolor: Blue/grey
Body type: thin body with a few signs of old age. his face is still looking like a middle aged persons, he got som wrinkels around the eyes
Clothing: Bondaged Torso and arms, bracers at the end, forehead protector with earth sign. shinobi vest with pockets, one dagger is kept at each shoulder.
Shorts with large pockets. sandals and socks.
Bag with leather bands stuck to the back, inside is extra equipment and a water tank with 10L water inside.
Personality: Easy going, hes a little slow but when hes done thinking he most often solved the thing he was thinking about, hes also a little shy with women (hes living alone at 56... ) he likes children and often help out at the ninja academy.
History: Ruum lived in The desert of the earth country together with an old ninja eremit who studied alternative ways to use chakra.
The erimit tought Ruum how to use moving chakra to create friction.
They lived near an river that happened to end in a hot spring.
The old ninja was rogue and did'nt wear his forehead protector.
Ruum never got to know the reason for his master going rogue.
After Ruumashi turned 15 the eremit said that he should go to the village and train to become a ninja.
When he first arived there he was placed in a team with a very strict chunin.
On one of their missions he ran away and the chunin had to chase after him, during the chase they encountered the rouge ninjas they had been trying to find all along.
Ruum and the chunin fought together against the rouge ninjas and managed to fend them of.
After that fight they became very close to eachother and because the chunin lied ruum managed to not get kicked out of the village for deserting on a mission.
They kept working togheter until one day ruum and his teammates found the chunin assasinated.
Ruum always had a fear for assasination...
When the team reported to the kage it seemd their chunin had left an report wich proved their worth to try the chunin test.
With a little luck and a lot of skills they managed to become chunins.
A short while after that Ruum became a leader of a very special team, all the genins had water chakra specialisation.
The team were set out on many missions to the water country and the oceans at the west and east of the earth country.
the team was succesful with all theur missions and all his three members were choosen for the chunin test.
But sadly they happened to encounter one of the most dangerus new teams and all of Ruums Genins were killed.
After that Ruum choosed to withdraw as team leader and do missions with other chunin ninjas.

Name of jutsu: atsusa-hiyayaka jutsu

Element Affinity: water (wich is that?)
Atsusa-hiyayaka jutsu uses chakra to increase the water presure (by heating it, and cooling it).
It works better the more water that is around him.
With the Right Setting It makes Daggers fall extremly fast/slow, or make himself fall slower or an opponent move faster/slower than they usually would making them miscalculate their moves.
Breaking down the Jutsu the thing that happens is that you use the charkra to move through the water to either make it hotter by the energy created by the movement or leading the heat away with the chakra.
So for example when you throw a dagger you make the water behind it colder (thicker) and the water in front of it hotter (thinner) and there by increases it speed.
The same goes for moving, you make the water thicker behind your arm and hotter in front of it.
Name of jutsu:Ame-itami-jutsu

You can touch warm water without it being painful, same goes wíth cold water (not extremly hot or cold).
But if you touch both at the same time it iritates your nerves wich makes it realy painful and disturbing.
this Jutsu works by that princip.
By making the body touch hot and cold water at the same time it disturbs the whole outer nerve system of the opponent, making it hard to concentrate on the fight.
It can also be focused on a arm (for example one wich is used in a throw of an dagger) it makes the arm work wrong by disturbing the nerves in the arm during the throw motion.
Learned jutsus: Chunin rank Genjutsu, Genin Rank Taijutsu, Chunin-Jonin rank ninjutsu ( i don't know any good jutsus fitting for this character, but he fights mainly with his main Jutsu and his wepons.)
