Earth clone practice

There are many ninja around, from Genin trying to create clones to Jonin perfecting new techniques. Saru goes for the least crowded area, a corner out of everyone’s way.

“Time to practice, I guess” Saru said quietly to himself.

Assuming a pose with his arms out his sides, he gets ready. Focusing his chakra into his hands he quickly makes the necessary signs, Snake, Ox, Ram. Five feet in front of him a humanoid figure comes out of the earth.

He walks forward to examine the clone; it looks similar enough to him(minus the earthly color.) but not exactly. The clone is smaller, and its nose takes up half its face. It would fool someone at a faraway distance but not up-close, the clone has to be perfect for the next technique to work.
