Appearance:
Personality: Extremely flirtatous, very seductive. But when in full mode of her goddess powers, she has the power to woo any man......and women with her voice
History: Kouin was the daughter of an unknown god and godess were were destroyed by the third king of god (not algol). Kouin was more so one of the more beautiful of the godesses and still is to this day. She had three sisters, her being the middle. Her sisters were the goddess of water, the oldest and the godess of beauty who is the youngest and the new generation of gods and goddess (On NN they shall be known as kings and queens). Of all three of the sisters she was considered the more seductive one. She was flirtatous to all beings, whether human or god, it was her personality and indeed her ability. At a young age, she was able to seduce any being of her liking and could kill them with much ease and much carefree. Kouin was the typical and likely candiate to become the queen for the king of gods (Algol) but was turn down reason being is because Algol plans was the take the goddess of beauty. Instead let her inside of the council of kings. She has much hatred for the king of gods but she has fallen for him and will do anything to help him in his cause
Being a master of seduction, she also has the ability to enter the user into a dream like state in which she fulfills your every sexual needs and desire. But on the outside world, Kouin places a poison inside of a body or into the bloodstream of a human to slowly but surely end there lives. She also releases a aphrodisac in the air, naturally, in order to turn the tides on combat. She knows little taijutsu and barely knows any ninjutsu techniques, making her one of the weaker gods/godesses of the council.
