Description:
Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows the shinobi to cut through any foe. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said the leaf shinobi Kaskshi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, the shinobi's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. Hizoku learned this technique from the books award to him by the sand village leaders, he then modifidied it so it could be used without the Sharingan.

Weakness:
This technique uses incredible amouts of chakra so a shinobi can only utilize this technique once possibly twice at a push in combat. Also the shinobi could use a wind attack to counter it. If the right amout of chakra is not focus in the arm it could damage the shinobi using it

Description:
Chidori Senbon is a Lightning Element technique. The shinobi is able to shape the Lightning Element to form senbon. Though unstated, these needles probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path. Again Hizoku learned and modified this from the bookes the village leaders gave him.

Weakness:
Like the standard chidori without the power of the sharingan this techinque can only be used in short bursts. Also the shinobi could use a wind attack to counter it. If the right amout of chakra is not focus in the arm it could damage the shinobi using it

Desciption:
The user of this fighting style uses lighting element chakra in all of the users chakra points in the user's hands to cause an electrical discrarge within the oppnents body. The user can change the amount of damage done by the strike, depending on the amout of lightning chakra used by the shinobi the results can vary betwen a mild shock for training to death if there are direct hits to the heart or brain.

Weakness:
The oppenent knows the iron skin technique. A powerful wind technique could could also be used to counter this fighting style.

Description:
Zukokku is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the fire element. After forming the proper hanseals
The shinobi will release a large flaming mass from there mouth.
This mass will quickly spread along the ground and race towards its target, burning anything in its path.

A high level water technique could stop this jutsu. If the shinobi loses control of the fire chakra it could damage the user

Description:
Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals,
draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it.
They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames.
To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

A strong level water technique could stop this jutsu

Description:
Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element.
The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls.
The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames.
To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the
flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target.
The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

A high level water technique could stop this jutsu

Description:
After the shinobi has preformed the proper handseals they expel waves of super heated chakra from there body.
This technique was orignaly devloped as a defense from water style attacks but at Chunin level it can be used
to defend against most types of elemental attack exeample heat dries earth, heat eveaprates water.The only exeption is lightning, due to the fact heat has no
effect on lightning.

Weakness:
If the shinobiuses to much or to little chakra they could loose control of the technique and
seriously burn themselves

Description:
After the proper handseals are preformed the shinobi summons a massive lightning strike witch sets fire to
everything around it. This jutsu does both heavy lightning and fire damage. Devloped as a way to clear land
for buildings and farmland but eventuly used as a combat technique. If hit a human body would suffer massive internal and
external burning, Electrical shock damage and most likely death.


Weakness:
This jutsu requires massive amounts of chakra to work it could only be used once a month if that. This technique
is dagerous to everyone around it including the user.

Description:
After the proper handseals are preformed the shinobi exhales large amounts of volcanic ash from there mouth.
The ash surounds the oppnent as the ash accumulates around the body it becomes more densly packed restricting
the oppnents movements.

Weakness:
If the shinobi uses the wrong amount of chakra or the jutsu countered by a strong wind attack the shinobi could
find themselves entraped in the jutsu.

First off, even though you are a Jounin, even Jounin have a limit. Also... Chidori? It also seems very unlikely that Sunagakure would have a book/scroll explaining how to use it.

Ok even if there was no explaination of how the jutsu worked. There could have been been a description of what the jutsu did, how powerful it was what element it was. So in conculsuon the jutsu could be worked out, if you have read my charcters profile you would see that he is a genius in Ninjutsu and when have i said that that Hizoku can use all these moves in one fight these are his powerful moves. I rushed to get these technique online due to the incedent happening in Suna and there are other charcters on this sight with alot more powerful techniques than this. And who knows what happened during the 25 years between the naruto series ending and the stuff happening now on the site so the books could have been written or devised then.

First off, even though you are a Jounin, even Jounin have a limit.

He has 9 jutsu. Maybe you meen "limit" in another way, but he only has nine jutsus, and it isn't like all of them are super powerful either.

I don't mind Chidori, because of Kakashi's use of chidori/raikiri. We don't know who saw it in his travels. However, Chidori Nagashi and Chidori Eisou are techniques tailored to Uchiha Sasuke himself. Naruto, Sakura and Yamato were the only ones to ever see it (so far), so I doubt anyone else would see it and learning.

If you get Jin or Drac to approve the Chidori Nagashi and Chidori Eisou, maybe then you can use it. But also I need more weaknessess for Chidori or any B ranked and up before I approve.

That's the only thing I have a problem with, ordinary ground wouldn't turn into glass like that.

I understand if you were using it as a way to describe the heat level, but the whole glass thing would be someone filler"ish" and we go by the manga here as you know of course.
