Seisen, The Kekkei of the Kirai

Description: Seisen is a bloodline technique that works with the user's "evils". Their Kekkei Genkai feeds on their hatred, arrogance, sorrow, pride, rage, and other negative emotions. The stronger these emotions the stronger the technique. The technique morphs the body, turning them into the demons that they are deep down inside. The stages go as such:
Genin- At Genin level the user can release the first state of the Seisen. This will give them small horns, fangs, and claws. The claws are as hard as steel and used in close-combat. On rare occasion the user may also grow small wings, though these wings are generally not used for flight. The only other boost the user gains is that their speed increases slightly. This state lasts 5 posts with a 3 turn cool down.

Chuunin- Like the Genin state, the user gains horns, fangs, claws, wings, and increased speed. However, beyond that the user will grow in size to about 1.5x their original height and width. Their veins will bulge and their muscle mass may increase. The user's horns will grow to about the size of a bull's. At this state their eyes will also turn pure black. This makes them blind in daylight, but allows them to see perfectly in any form of darkness; real or otherwise. This state lasts 7 posts with a 4 turn cool down.

Jounin/Missing Ninja- At this state, the user goes through a full transformation. Their skin may change colors though this is not always the case. The user will turn into the true demon they are, which means that physical traits will vary. Some may not change at all. Some may become stereotypical, massive horns and goat footed beasts. Others will grow wings, and gain a specific weapon. These weapons are sealed in amulets hung around the user's chest. When this state is released so is the seal on the weapon. At this state the user will gain the same speed boost and dojutsu effect as the Chuunin state. However, they will also gain boosts in chakra and regeneration. This state lasts for ten posts, with a five turn cooldown.

Weakness: While in any state the user begins to give in to their evils to gain enough power for the Kekkei to be effective. This means that the stronger the state, the more beastly and evil they become. At Jounin-level state, only Kage-level and above can keep control of their bodies. Likewise at Chuunin-level the user has to be Jounin-level and above to keep control. At genin level the user doesn't give much, so anyone genin-level and above can keep control.
