Appearance:

First Stage: The user's pupil turns an empty pitch black while outside of it remains the user's natural eye color.

Second Stage: The empty pitch black from within the pupil spreads to cover the entire eye with the exception of the pupil which is completely white with 3 silver tomoes (like the Sharingan) surrounding a faint black outline of the Jashin Symbol in the middle.

Final Stage: The empty black covers the 3 tomoes and outline of the Jashin symbol. The eye then has a consistant mystical glow throughout the entire eye which changes from a foggy white, navy blue, to crimson red. Where the pupil was is a bright outline of the Jashin Symbol in Crimson Red. Once the user has activated this Stage their eyes are always going to look like this even when they haven't activated the Kekkei Genkai in battle.

Powers/Weakness:

General Ability:
The Takai Manako are capable of numerous things. The bloodline is capable of manipulating blood as well as increasing a small amount of their natural talents (ex: basic battle attributes, etc.). It also can help the user regenerate wounds slightly. The most deadly use of this bloodline in general was when the sons of Itzu had managed to create a jutsu that managed to kill their enemies almost instantly, ever since then however no one has been able to use the jutsu since the handseals for it has been destroyed.

General Weakness:
The Takai Manako needs for the user either have blood on them or see a source of blood in order to manipulate it to their will. The user can also use the blood within themselves without seeing it, but it would extremely dangerous if there isn't an open wound.

First Stage:
This Stage is activated once the user dedicates their life to the ways of Jashin and then only after they kill over 20 people and watch as a loved one is killed.

The user loses the ability to feel pain is capable of increased battle attributes (such as strength, speed, endurance, and stamina), and chakra (ex: if user if Genin then they would have powers of Chuunin). The user is also capable of great hand to hand and Taijutsu.

(Weakness of First Stage puts a strain on the user the first couple of times they activate it. The pain goes away once the user manages to activate the Second Stage.)

Second Stage:
This Stage can be activated by the most faithful of the Clan's members and the descendents, and only then after they kill 40 people and watch as one of their loved ones put them through extreme pain.

The user gains the ability to naturally regenerate at will and manipulate small amounts of blood to their will just by using their eyes. The user can see blood flow within things (like how the Byuakugan can see chakra). The user's natural element they have in amplified slightly. In this Stage the user can also begin to use more advanced Clan jutsus.

(Weakness of Second Stage is that it causes the user's stamina to be shortened each time they are forced to use their regeneration. The battle will be cut short a (1) turn/post each time they are hit and decide to use the regeneration.)

Final Stage:
This Stage is only avaliable to the descendents of each of the brothers and then is only attainable by killing over 100 people along with killing one of their loved ones.

The user's skin peels away revealing only their blood which would maximize their blood control. The user's chakra also increases to the point it crushes a small amount of the surrounding area. The user is capable of using the highest of the Clan's jutsus as well as control the blood with ease. When in this Stage, the user can often fight on a Kage level since it was rumored that the user was given a fraction of the Jashin's true power.

(Weakness of Final Stage: After activation, the user's blood will begin to flow out of their body since the skin no longer holds it inside of them. Also with the skin gone, the user's internal organs can be seen making it an easy target for enemies to see. The user will be able to manuver freely for about 5 turns before taking the damage of blood loss causing them to slow down and not proper as they truly should. The user would be able to continue on for another 4 turns before they begin to tie and end up either standing weakly with skin regenerating in some places over the bones or they would faint and the skin would begin to slowly regenerate. If the user was to use another jutsu that was higher than Chuunin rank then it would force the body into a huge strain and it would shut down and would not work properly for 25 posts. Which would be more than enough time for an enemy to end the battle.)

also even though this bloodline uses blood... it is different from Taku's in some ways

Manipulating blood = Taku's thing. Yours doesn't seem very different at all. There are minor differences, but you're still going around the same concept of using blood.

If you really want blood, maybe you could ask Taku to join his blood clan.

yeah i could do that.... but then i would have to change the history (and other things) of both my charas so that it would fit the Clan and bloodline's description
