Description: These black tendrils seek out a great source of chakra and are near infinite. The larger the chakra the more they grow and the larger they are.

Weakness: Requires the summoner to be motionless as long as they are coming out of the scroll and untill they wrap around their target. Cannot be used on humans either. (Usually used on tailed beasts and very large summonings)

What exactly do they do upon constricting a target? Drain it of its chakra?

If so, how fast do they drain it, and is there a limit to how much they can drain?

I forgot to explain it. *ish ashamed*

They don't drain the chakra. What they do, is target the chakra points, and lock the chakra up. You know how the chakra vessels are like roads with little chakra points and you can hit those points and cut off the circulation or increase it. The tendrils just stop the chakra from flowing through a point, which keeps the chakra locked up in the vessel between each two chakra points. It's made so the object doesn't lose the chakra, they just cannot move it, and hence, cant use it.

Is that good enough?

Its like a long winding road in the body, and as you go down you get to a stop light. You keep going down and you get to another stop light. In essence what the chakra tendrils do is turn all the stop lights red so the chakra cannot move anymore. They plug them up.
