Genin: is able to move rocks and dirt by punching the air and kicking the air to move rock and dirt, genin can also create 5 feet of spikes by placing there hand in front of them and moving them in a oval type move to with leaves the palm up words, genin can also make make some sword cutless by taking there finger and rubing it on the blade genin can ever make Samll earth quakes by stomping there feet on the ground, genin can also create earth shoes that hold the enemy down with is as strong as a boulder by placing the user feet on the ground and placing both hand on the ground genin can also create stepping stones by just walking on ground which can make the enemy go off balance, genin can also swipe one weapon out of the way per swing, genin can also create pits for them self to have quick escapes.

kages: can move all type of earth and even move magma kages have the power to seal volcano by standing neer one and pushing there hand foreword to close it off, Kages can erupt a volcano by pushing there hand up as quick as the user can, Kages can bend metal By punching steel doors and easily pull it open and close it back up, kages can use the metal to use it for full body armor to protect the user by any weapon, also Kages have all skills of any Ninja rank earth bender.

every bloodline user knows the Hung Ga fighting style witch is a easy way to bend earth.

There has to be more details about this earthbending kekkei genkai, like gives us examples what kind of earth you can bend cause there is a variety of earth in the naruto universe. What are your limitations (i.e what can a genin, chuunin, jounin or kage level shinobi able to perform) Also earth's weakness is lightning, fire can actually help earth since magma is both earth and fire and if im predicting right, you could probably manipulate magma to a certain degree.
