This powerful fireballs can punch through the hardest material, diamond. the original user was asuke uchiha but evare modified it only using one fireball but it is 6 meters long and 3 meters wide

One of Evare's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction, of also, with his two hands Drawing his Hands together, Evare will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around Evare's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Just so you know, you do not BUMP only after 2 hours. Let it be up for atleast a day before you bump. And please add some weaknesses on some of them.

Well try to think of some. Like Rairyuu no Tatsumaki could be: After spinning the user is dizzy for a few seconds.
