Tenchi's jutsus

Wind Ninjutsu
Name of jutsu: Wind Palms
Rank: C-A (can only use C for now)
Range: Touching-30 feet
Type of jutsu: Ninjutsu
Clan(Optional): N/A
Element Affinity: Fuuton
Description: After making the nessicary hand signs the user can make expell blasts of wind from the users hands by thrusting your arms. This can increase the power of a hit to a person. As you add more chakra to the attack you can make blasts of wind strong enough to topple trees. 3 blasts per set of handsigns.
Weakness: Takes up a moderate sum of chakra and over use can result in lessing of strength to the point of fainting. Can back fire if fire ninjutsu is used against it.

Description: After doing the correct hand signs a sphere of wind surrounds the user. This can be strong enough to deflect projectile objects and people at a close distance(C) to the point where it can block most B ranked jutsus(A). This after awhile can take a toll on the users chakra.
Weakness: If a fire ninjutsu comes in contact with this you are going to be fried.

Description: Before the person goes into the air if they complete a set of handsigns then in air they can concintrait a sum of chakra to a particular point in your body to dodge and incoming attack. Depending on the rank of the use the user will be able to stay in the air for and have the ability to dodge.
Weakness: This has a limited use and over use can result in fainting

Type of jutsu: Ninjutsu

Description: After the user completes a set of hand signs he can slice through almost anything depending on the level of the user. Such as a C ranked move would be like cutting through a tree while an A ranked use would have the ability to cut through metal. Though I can only use it for a genin level use
Weakness: This can only be used alittle in a battle because of the chakra it takes

Range: Close-50 feet
Type of jutsu: Ninjutsu

Element Affinity: Fuuton
Description: After doing the right hand signs with a touch a person can cause a burning sinsation in the person where you touched them. This is caused by the lack of air causing Latic acid to build up in the persons muscles.
Weakness: Any long range attack because its going to be hard to get a person if they keep shooting off some long ranged attackings ill never get to that person.

Range: Close-40 feet
Type of jutsu: Ninjutsu

Element Affinity: Fuuton
Description: After doing the right hand signs a person will create a torrent of air in the form of a dragon though it is invisible once it picks up deprise people will know what it is. This wind can cause a person to fly very far back and will damage them an okay amount.
Weakness: At my rank it can only be used about 2 times. Also fire ninjutsu.

Description:
This technique is near impossible to dodge at it's 20 meter blast. It's too fast for a side to side movement, going under would cause your head to be grinded off. Faced with a chuunin, this technique could kill them.
Weakness: No B ranked fire technique can stop this, it needs to be equally matched with a technique of it's rank. However, the damage done to Tenchi's arm is great. It pulls the chakra out of his arm, which nearly rips it to shreds. Also, it causes damage to a normal sword.

Name of Jutsu: Greek Fire Jet
Rank: A
Range: Mid
Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Users: Tenchi Kami
Element Affinity: Katon
Description: After completing hand signs the user will expel a vast and powerful jet of a dark liquid from the user's mouth. This liquid is extremely sticky and nearly impossible to get off. As the user expels the powerful jet of this material he does one hand sign while shooting the jet and it catches on fire. The fire is extremely hot and it is nearly impossible to put out. The fire produces a massive amount of smoke and will burn for a long time (Like the material will burn for hours not days)
Weakness: This can only be used every 15 posts, and also takes a lot of concentration to use.

Description: After the user completes hand signs the user will expel a thick and dense smoke screen from his or her mouth. The smoke screen will spread out over a fairly fast amount of time over the battle area. Anything over 40 meters in the air will not be effected by the smoke screen. This smokescreen is so dense that it cannot be seen though except obviously with a technique or doujutsu like the byakugan. Also, in the smokescreen the user and/ or the opponent might develop respiratory problems in the smokescreen.
Weakness: Same visibility as the opponent when in it, and a prolonged stay may cause breathing problems.

Description: The user will do hand signs and will shoot up a huge fire ball 200m meters in to the sky, and it will explode. Miniature flames will rain all over the battle area, starting fires all over. The type of smoke depends on the vegetation in the area.
Weakness: You are in the battle field, suiton, and very non vegetated areas.

Description: I turn into a naked girl with clouds surrounding parts that arn't really supposed to be seen unless in the bedroom or the bathroom. Any guy who see's this jutsu will get distracted and then get a nose bleed. If the guy is a big enough of a perv he will fall backwards knocked out.
Weakness: Pervy

Description:

- Ginko smiled at the attack that was coming for him. There was no way that he was dodging that, and if he didn't move to lessen the impact, Ginko would be caught off guard and killed. The attack rushed at him quickly, and Ginko mannaged to get a back flip in, ducking behind trees. He'd thought that the impact of the technique would be slowed down if it came in contact with some trees, but it was another story. The technique didn't stop for anything, and the ground behind the massive boomerang like technique was pure and fresh upturned soil. The attack ripped towards Ginko, cutting tree stubs down mere piles of wood chips. The technique seemed to howl, after it's name, the "Great Fang". Ginko sighed and thought for the few moments he had left.
As the technique came closer towards him Ginko jumped, flipping his body in a barreling roll in mid air. His body was parallel to the ground, but 5 meters in the air. As he spun, Ginko shouted out his Steel Skin jutsu, and his body was instantly coated in a thin layer of invisible chakra. Ginko put his right arm out to guard against the technique as his body rolled upright in mid air. Contact was made, and a blinding light began to overcome the area as Ginko struggled against the technique. As soon as the flash came it faded, and Ginko was left on the ground, as the technique continued to slice across the battlefield. It kept going, eating trees and the ground below it. It was pure white, and the massive technique began to finally dip his head towards the ground, crashing into the earth. The explosion was like none other. The technique hit, and it was like the earth was coughing. A pillar of dust rose up, about 30 meters in the sky, blotting out the sun. There was a small recoil to the technique, and the winds swirled around the technique, sending a wave of wind right back around to the fallen Ginko and Tenchi.
