"Kasumi"

(Note: okay when I looked up mist in the english japanese dictionary it gave me “kasumi”. So im using that for his name. But when I looked it up on google images and photobucket it came up with hentai or some sh** like that. So if anyone has a problem with the name just say so and ill change it)
Name: Tanto"Kasumi" Takemori

Personality: Very hostile, only likes a challenge, can be friendly if considered an ally, hungry for conquest
History: As a small child he experienced lots of violence around him. He as always was always considered an outcast. He had no real talents and had no real friends. His mother stayed home to take care of his little brother and his father had to work selling weapons to benefit the ninja. He never had anyone to give him help. Over time as he got older he learned to do everything himself. He enlisted into the ninja academy and started a new life.
Eventually he forgot about his family and lived in an abandoned shed in a tucked away corner of otogakure. Once he turned 15 he decided to have a purpose in life. He didn’t want to rot away in a little shed. He decided to devote his young life to learning how to become a better ninja so he could protect his village and serve the kage. He created a few jutsu of his own. Most of them involve changing the density of his body.
He could turn it into a light gas which resembles mist. Every day he would practice compressing his chakra into every single molecule of his this took a year to create an actual jutsu out of it. He still hasn’t mastered the technique but sometimes it can be deadly. He can even equip poison into this gas… on his 16th birthday he decided to dedicate his life to becoming one of the most powerful ninja in Otogakure history. About 6 months later while sitting in his shed he thought about life. not life itself but how it should be lived.
He questioned why we were put here, why people died, why people fought for things without reason. why people fought over and protected mental things like love, friendship, and beliefs. all this questioning eventually made him snap. he though up twisted ideas for death and war. the way he saw it was he should beat the s*** out of other people in order to find the true meaning of life.
he created sick inventions and should be-forbidden jutsus. jutsus that could kill people in mass. he planned on taking oto and expanding it into an empire so that it's name will be known. Then Oto will be the only purpose in life. Hopefully becasue of his future work oto won't be just another hidden village. it will be even more powerful than the leaf village.
Recently he has been gathering young and willingful students to expirement on. kasumi organized them into little gangs of 10. while they were out stealing money or earning it he could then use the money to buy weapons and equipment for his inventions. It owuld eventually turn into a system and as the "sutdents" learned from the ninja academy and learned from street life they would become stronger. He has been working on a mechanism that releases poisonous gasses when triggered.
Learned jutsus: Kasumi technique, mass clone jutsu, disapearing within the mist technique, poisonous respiration technique
Weapons/items: cantine of poison, tanto, several senbon
Goals: to become one of the most powerful ninja in otogakure history. To protect otogakure from anything.
