I totally just noticed this. In the anime fillers that are now coming out, the character known as Yukimaru looks a lot like the three tailed jinchuuriki. Maybe they are related. They have the same color hair, eyes and same colored clothing.

Maybe they are trying to introduce the 3 tails again. I hope we get to see more of Tobi though.

Yeah they do seem to look alike. Maybe they are the same person. Who knows what Kishimoto or whatever his name is thinking.
