Description: Each Clan member is Born with tattoos on their arms. The tattoos vary in color and symbol. Whenever chakra is used the tattoos seem to glow. Only when the user uses Storm Jutsu does the Tattoos glow to full force. The Bloodline Trait gives the User the Ability to combine Lightning and Water to make Storm jutsu. However the Jutsu that the bloodline make are extremely Hard to do and only Ninja of High Chuunin Rank can start to master them. This leads to many ninja in the clan to simply not use the Bloodline but use their own tactics that they develop themselves.

There is also a different element gaining lineup than normal. The user first gains the lightning element at genin and under. Then at Chuunin, simple storm abilities start to form. At jounin however, more advanced storm elements can be used as well as the water element.

The users gain a strong amount of weather control, limited to only water and lightning affiliations, keeping and wind jutsu out of the mix. They gain the development of making cloud structures and the ability to walk on those clouds. They may also fly on them. Their lightning affiliation is then boosted by the supplement of making storm clouds to help them.

They also gain a power over atmospheric gases and can use them as poison. However, taking enough of the gases for it to be potent enough in a battle situation can be quite straining.

At an S rank status, the user learns a final jutsu that enhances the user's fighting skills(whatever they specialize in) 2 fold. However, after about 5 A ranked techniques the user dies.

Weakness: Some of the weaknesses would include the power is released only to powerful ninja, making the lesser carriers more like just normal ninja forced to use lightning as their first element. Another weakness would be that the light from the tattoos can become a burden in certain situations. In many of the higher leveled techniques paralysis occurs immediately after using the jutsu and in the most advanced, the user sacrifices his life to perform the technique.
