Name of the Kekkei Genkai: Matari
Type of Kekkei Genkai: Doujutsu and Manipulation

Description: Those with the Matari blood, can manipulate carbon in any form. This includes carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and so on. This can be used as an attack or defense.
Doujutsu: Those with the Matari blood, have a unique doujutsu that when eye contact is made, they are able to push thoughts, memories and suggestions into the minds of others in order to exercise control over their target(complete control can only be done on CP characters). This is a form of psychic hypnosis. One example of this is that while looking into an enemies eyes, she could project her thoughts into their minds or give them false memories. However, she cannot erase memories.
Weakness: People with magnetism abilities can fight on some of the jutsu. meaning that they can try to stop some of the metals from hitting them and so on... With the doujutsu, is they do not look at her eyes, then they will be unaffected. Also, she cannot erase memories and she can only continue to push ideas into their head WHILE their eyes are met. So the longer they look into her eyes, the more time she has to effect them. So even if they glance at her eyes for an instant, they can quickly look away before any damage is done.
