Positive Effects: By tapping into the users chakra network it connects the peoples minds who use this seal to speak to eachother through there minds. This is not limited by distance as all minds are connected so it travels through minds to the other person.

Negative Effects: Takes a small chakra from all members to use with the seal so more users less chakra from each.

Seal Info:This was developed by Kaji for the Akatsuki use to keep in touch even during missions that they were far apart. Allowing them to keep in contact and plan during fights without having to communicate verbally and have a chance of someone hear them.
