Name of Jutsu:The Great Divide

Description:Osamu puts his hands in the ground and uses chakra to open the earth up. This causes a chain reaction in the earth disrupting the core causing damage of catastrophic levels.
Weakness: Used as a last resort due to the fact that once the Earth’s core has been disrupted Osamu has no control over what happens next.

Description:This is a jutsu Osamu discovered while training with Joe. Osamu learned how to control the volume and molecules of water to increase and decrease the temperature.
Osamu uses his chakra to manipulate large bodies of water and raises them high in the sky. Osamu then decreases the temperature in the water and turns it into ice. The ice surrounds the opponent and Osamu creating slight snow and cold misty fog.
Weakness:Needs to have near perfect chakra control/takes a lot of chakra.

Description:A jutsu exclusive to the Rimakan clan. This jutsu allows the user to actually stop time it self. Now the user will remain untouched by this effect but everything else will stay frozen in time.
Weakness:Takes half of chakra to do this jutsu so limited to 2 uses per day/Time stop only last about 5-10 mins.

Description:This is a jutsu taught to Osamu by Joe Rimaka. This jutsu allows Osamu to go inside of the opponent’s mind and into the part of the brain that controls perception. Osamu then sends chakra into that part of the brain and send images of anything ranging from family members dying to being attacked by animals to standing on nothing.
Weakness:Needs to make direct eye contact/Or come in physical contact with the opponent. Requires concentration.

Description:A jutsu Osamu learned while training with Joe Rimaka. Osamu uses water and heats up the molecules inside of the water making it reach temperatures of up to 350 degrees. This also creates steam and mist making it hard to see.
Weakness:Although it creates mist and steam Osamu can still be affected by it.

Description:A jutsu discovered by Osamu after he learned how to control the molecules of water he learned how to control the molecules of any liquid.
This jutsu only works if the jutsu “The Great Divide” has already been used. Osamu uses his chakra to raise lava up into the sky and shoots it off little by little at the opponent. Also Osamu can make lava rise from the ground to hit the opponent.
Weakness:Isn’t very accurate at close range/and lava from the ground only has a 45% chance of hitting the opponent.

Description:Basically manipulates the earth molecules, makes it into a liquid similar to quicksand and begins slowly sinking the opponent down into the earth.
Weakness:Opponent sinks very slowly and has a high probability of escaping.

Description:Simple really. Osamu manipulates the water molecules in the clouds to bring down rain. It’s just called Night Rain because it sounds cool.
Weakness:He just makes it rain. The rain doesn’t hurt the opponent/If opponent is a water user they can use the rain to their advantage.

Description:A jutsu created by Osamu after learning how to stop time. Osamu studied for years and discovered that he could alter time when he stopped it. It took centuries but Osamu finally learned how to do it.
Time Alteration allows Osamu to move objects around during Time Stop jutsu and basically alter time itself. Now these affects causes time rips and wormholes so Osamu has vowed never to use this jutsu in battle due to the extreme side effects.
Weakness:Causes wormholes, time skips, black holes, drains half of chakra/can only be done once Tim Stop has be activated/Osamu has no control over when and where a time skip or wormhole will happen.

Description: Really self explainatory but Osamu creates a shield out of water and it can protect Osamu from damage for a short period.

Description: Osamu lookes at the opponent and at first nothing happens. Then the sceneary starts to disappear leaving nothing. After a while there is nothing but Osamu, the opponent, and a tree. Water starts to slowly raise up but only to the ankle.
Weakness: You can still fight/It takes someone of mental intuned to break free.

Hyouton is a Ice kekkei Genkai combining water and wind to create ice. This kekkei genkai was ustilized by Haku. It is mostly wiped out in the anime after the Water country turned on all of the kekkei genkai users, and killed most of them
