This isnt much but atleast its a start, I hope to create more later.

Name of jutsu: Quick Sword Technique

Type of jutsu: Kenjutsu
Element Affinity: None
Description: When defending, the user stands still and, using speed quickly draws his or her blade to deflect any oncoming projectiles, slash through oncoming foes, etc. Then the user quickly sheaths the blade. With the right amount of speed, the user creates an 'illusion' of never drawing the blade to begin with, that a barrier is surrounding the user. User must stand perfectly still for this to work right.
When attacking, the user uses the blade with haste to make multiple deep cuts in numerous spots around the foe to cause bleed, not puncture.
This technique is mainly based on creating an ‘illusion’ to psych out the foe.
Weakness: Can’t penetrate or stop elementals, if someone sees pass the ‘illusion’.

Element Affinity: None
Description: User vibrates arm enough to make their blade appear as if it’s bending. If the user were to vibrate their arm enough; it’s hard to tell the exact location of sword. This makes it hard to dodge and deflect the sword when the user is attacking.
Weakness: Can cause uncontrollable spasms in the arm used, when used to long or much per battle.

Name of Jutsu: Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique

Range: Close (0-5m)
Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Katon
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via their mouth and, utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range.
Weakness: Target must be in range, but technique is easy to dodge. Suiton can simply put the fire out and Douton can block it.
Name of Jutsu: Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Katon
Description: This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shuriken within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. For the most part, however, this jutsu is used as a distraction.
Weakness: Suiton can put it out; the fireballs are kind of uncontrolled, can be dodged.
Name of Jutsu: Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique

Description: The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object.
Weakness: Needs wire, cord, etc to perform, easily dodged unless trapped. Suiton can put the fire out; cord can be cut, etc.
Name of Jutsu: Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Katon
Description: The user spews superheated ash from their mouth. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.
Weakness: Fuuton can blow ash away, Suiton can drench ash and put fire out once ignited, and Douton can block ash from falling on opponent.
Name of Jutsu: Fire Release: Raging Flame

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Katon
Description: User surrounds themselves in flames, much like an armor of flame. With enough focus and training, user can avoid being burnt. This flame protects the user, burning anything it touches. Heat of flame and such depends upon how many times the user has trained with this jutsu.
Weakness: Suiton can put the flame out and drench user, making it hard to perform this jutsu again. Fuuton can cause flame to be more out of control, burning the user some, although it makes the flame stronger to. Raiton can cause an explosion.
Name of jutsu: Flaming Rose

Range: Close-Far
Type of jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Katon
Description: User focuses fire chakra through a weapon, normally sword, spear, etc, and stabs it into the ground. The chakra is then focused either around you or your opponent, depending if you’re trying to defend or trap/attack. A circle of fire surrounds the object from beneath before rising up. These flames then swirl around the object until flames completely surround it on all sides, normally send to defend or trap. Once jutsu is complete, the flames surrounding the object shape into a rose until released.
Weakness: Suiton dousing the flames, Fuuton coming from within and blasting the flames outward, unless it feeds these flames.
Name of jutsu: Dense Flame Technique

Type of jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Katon
Description: User breathes out a thick dense fog that stays low to the ground, rises about 4 feet high. This fog, unlike normal fog, is flammable and not only feels warmer but due to its denseness it makes it harder to breathe if trapped in it. One simple little flame causes this fog to be immediately set on fire, burning up anything in its path and capable of leaving 2nd and 3rd degree burns.
Weakness: Fuuton, capable of merely blowing the fog away before it is lit. Suiton, all you have to do is put the flames out. This can be easily dodged simply by being higher then 4 or 5 feet, however flames can reach higher depending upon how much fog there is.

Description: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down the opponent so that only their head is above ground. Unable to move, the opponent can easily be decapitated or tortured.
Weakness: User must be underground to perform jutsu. User can’t finish jutsu if target manages to escape.
Name of Jutsu: Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique

Description: Using this jutsu, a person can hide underground until they're ready to attack an opponent. By utilizing earth-chakra, the person can stealthily emerge from the ground without disrupting the ground around him.
Weakness: An underground attack that forces user to emerge; traps user underground somehow, etc.
Name of Jutsu: Earth Release: Earth Style Wall

Description: This jutsu creates a protective wall of earth. (Kind of obvious)
Weakness: Wall is destroyed by a strong force or opponent uses Douton to tear it apart.

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Douton
Description: User focuses earth chakra into an object, weapon, etc and makes this object stronger and harder to break from the inner core to the outer edges. This turns the object into a more defensive tool, for instance the sheath of a sword being turned into a weapon.
Weakness: Weapon and such also becomes heavier and must be balanced just right to use.
Name of Jutsu: Earth Release: Hidden Among Rocks Technique

Description: It allows the user to become invisible and then move in and out of rock. This jutsu can be used to avoid earth techniques, such as the Earth Release: Bedrock Coffin.
Weakness: Forced from rock by a powerful technique, if detected.
Name of Jutsu: Earth Release: Ant lion Technique

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Douton
Description: This jutsu causes the ground and everything on it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an ant lion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the center, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the jutsu.
Weakness: Use Douton to get free of this jutsu.
Name of jutsu: Hidden Mist Technique

Type of jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Suiton
Description: This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it.
Weakness: Can basically be blown away by Fuuton and can be evaporated by a good amount of Katon.
Name of Jutsu: Water Prison Technique

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Suiton
Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, and the target is unable to move while within it, the target is still able to speak. However, the one imprisoned still has to maintain the ability to breathe.
Weakness: Explained in Description.
Name of Jutsu: Water Clone Technique

Element Affinity: Suiton
Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like the other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for them. The range of the clone is limited however; it can not travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.
Weakness: Can be destroyed like other clone techniques.
Name of Jutsu: Water Release: Black Rain Technique

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Suiton
Description: This jutsu creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil. Once set on fire, it becomes self-explanatory.
Weakness: Using Fuuton to blow the cloud away; Suiton to wash the oil off or to protect you from Katon.
Name of Jutsu: Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Suiton
Description: The user puts both palms together before slamming one hand on the water's surface. Then when the user puts their hand on the surface of a body of water, a water shark comes out of each finger to attack the opponent in five consecutive attacks.
Weakness: Opponent or target isn’t on the water, blasts sharks away with raiton, and simply dodges.
Name of Jutsu: Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Suiton
Description: User performs 42 hand signs to create a power water dragon made out of water, casting it at the opponent with a powerful blast.
Weakness: Requires user to be near a large body of water to perform, unless user is skilled. Can be countered by other powerful water techniques, blocked by Douton, and blasted apart by Raiton.
Name of Jutsu: Water Release: Water Encampment Wall

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Suiton
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water that can be up to 360° if necessary. This wall of water is especially efficient at stopping fire techniques though is unable to defend against elemental fusion and combination techniques.
Weakness: In description.
Name of Jutsu: Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Range: All
Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Element Affinity: Suiton
Description: After spitting out a great volume of water from the user’s mouth, the enemy is swallowed up by this advancing surge and crushed. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks.
Weakness: A strong enough wall to block this oncoming wave, takes a good portion of chakra unless more skilled.

Wait wait wait.... A GENNIN with 3 elements and a few A rank jutsu's.... Not to mention countless B ranks. i think this needs to be rechecked.
