Zen so totally won this. (FUCK)
But still, I'd like to argue it, because there is an extreme flaw in this technique, and Kakashi's survival.

Kakashi died of loss of chakra. Unless the King Summon took everyones soul upon death and not just the ones that it consumed, then Kakashi still should have died, along with Fusaku.
