Location: The Kirai clan is a small clan located within the gates of Amegakure no Sato. They have their own small section of the village in which all members may make their homes.

History: The Kirai clan was founded by a man, ironically named, Tenma. Tenma was a high-ranking shinobi in Sunagakure no Sato, and had the loyalty of almost every village member that he knew. However, he harbored a dark secret. Tenma was a former monk, and an expert on all things both spiritual and demonic. He had been devoting all of his free time to the study of "inner-demons". He had discovered through trial and error that he had the unique ability to call upon an inner power, that would transform him both mentally and physically. He began to develop this talent, and learn to control it. However, the village feared him for it. They feared that one day he would lose control, and rampage the village. Sure that he had it under control he tried to assure them by using it on a mission. His teammates did not take well to this, and when they returned they claimed that all of their wounds were from Tenma's transformation. Though this was a lie, the elders had no choice but to believe them. Outraged, Tenma fled from the village. Taking his hatred and power with him. He traveled as a missing ninja for a very long time, making powerful friends and powerful enemies. He would soon come to fall in love with a woman just as hateful and evil as himself. They harbored three children, all of which had seemed to inherited his talent for summoning their inner-demon. By the age of ten they were able to transform into the most basic demon form, and from there their father taught them to control it.

The three boys-Ashi, Warugi, and Kenshiki- split up and went their separate ways. Both Warugi and Kenshiki ended up being killed in the process of executing some form of terrorist act against the Sand, seeking revenge for their father. However, Ashi had other plans. He traveled to many towns and cities, laying with women and staying with them only long enough to see if the child would show his talents. When he had produced enough children with his talents to take on a small army, he traveled with them to Amegakure. There, he lied to the Kage about where they came from and how they had gotten there, and the Kage was eager enough to allow the clan to stay with them. So many children made for plenty of new shinobi, and their bloodline seemed to be quite powerful. Ashi demonstrated the bloodline, having obtained full control over his level of the bloodline. They made their home in the Amegakure, found mates with other Amegakure shinobi, and began to develop and strengthen their clan.
