Allows the caster to become as fast as lightning, created by Kaori Tezuka she makes herself into a being of pure lightning Dastically icreasing her speed and damage potential

Jutsu Type - Offensive

The caster creates a massive lightning storm, striking the ground and hitting the target...unfortunatly this skill is almost impossible to aim and takes up a Massive amount of chakra. Not as powerful as Kirin. and can be used in Sync with Lightning embodyment.
