Appearance: Rein looks like a typical 17-years old man. He is average height, pretty thin, and looks fairly healthy at all times. Despite that, he prefers to hide most of his body and a part of his face underneath a dark blue shinobi suit and a black shawl. His eyes are green and his hair is dyed white. He pretty much always carries his blade along with him on his back. The rest of his shinobi tools are carried around in a pouch strapped onto his right leg. His forehead protector however is not worn on his forehead, but instead strapped onto a belt around his waist.He also has five puppets for really bad situtations
Personality: Rein was a sensitive but kind boy, prone to crying, and was traumatized by the idea he had killed his brother, even to save his little brother. Scared and unsure of his place in the world, he desired to help those he cared about, but never knew how. Nonetheless, he became a talented and gifted student, mastering puppetry and every technique he could.
As Rein, his personality is very different, having become a calm, serious, aloof, and detached man. Apparently believing his childhood trauma had enlightened him to the true meaning of pain and suffering, he now considers himself a deity and evolved beyond a mere human. He now seeks to show the world the meaning of suffering by using an ultimate weapon to deter future wars by means similar to "mutually assured destruction". He shows no moral qualms about his actions. He is willing to kill his own teacher in cold blood and brutally execute all of Kutosei's friends and family to ensure the Amegakure's compliance to his takeover. He even goes so far as to proclaim himself a "god of peace" come to guide the world to maturity through pain. He also feels that no one can understand peace unless they understand "true" pain, something his childhood friend Dante believed.
History: -Academy Arc-
Rein arrived at the academy on schedule and soon worked hard to become the top of the class. During this time that his mother took him out for chakra control training. It was here that he learned how to control chakra to certain parts of his body, more specifically his hands and feet. He forced himself to learn how in order to overtake Dante in the class...to be the best. His mother taught him that to waste even a small amount of chakra would cause him to become weaker. It was also during this time, he learned of his aptitude for Puppetry.
Once, Rein graduated from the academy, he became very skilled in chakra control Jutsu and mastered many of his justus, many of which he taught himself. After graduation he spent many days pushing himself to the limit of his chakra. He wanted to be able to do diffucult jutsus for his age. Because of this intense training of his, he had a big reserve of chakra. Then during Weapon Training, Rein was a skilled kunai and shuriken master because of his years of training in the Academy. Rein was a prodigy to his family, but his father was not pleased yet. His control over his Kekkei Genkai had barely improved for his father’s approval. Rein would spend hours focusing and trying to master his Kekkei Genkai but couldn’t hold it any longer. He could already hold it longer than most members of his clan. Because of his long hours of training with his father, Rein is one of the faster Genin of his generation.
chuunin arc- As a chuunin he was given a group of academy students to teach. this was not his cup of tea but it would have to do. He made sure that they knew everything they needed for ninja hood and even gave them some on field battle hints. but his teaching spot soon was ended when he was asked to join a team of jounin. they made fun and played around with him alot but the team worked well and acomplished many missions. Two of his had begun to split apart seeing as he became a guardian asstiant for the kage. they still hung out but no longer had feelings for each other. Rein was beging to become so adepth in his training that many of the jounin were afraid to fight him. As a chuunin he completed more missions than many of the jounin. the Kazekage saw this and promoted him to jounin as an act of respect.
Jounin arc- As a jounin he was not contempt with life in the village. He Felt that he should go out and capture and control all the villages that needed a new governmant. He wanted more action a pulse than he got leading a mock team of genin. So he left and became a missing ninja.

Rein is so strong, it has the ability to break a large boulder (roughly a ton) into thousands of pieces when he focuses on the power. Thus revealing the power level of this technique at his level. So far only the Sharingan eye and its revelation abilities has been shown to pierce the veil and see the hidden ninja. It is unknown if the Byakugan can penetrate the jutsu and see the user's chakra circulatory system.

Meisai Gakure no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used by Rein. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja can grant themself near invisibility. So far only the Sharingan eye and its revelation abilities has been shown to pierce the veil and see the hidden ninja. It is unknown if the Byakugan can penetrate the jutsu and see the user's chakra circulatory system.

Kekkei Genkai:The Aggomotto- By far, Rein's most powerful and most-used technique is his KKG the Aggomotto. This technique allows Rein to control Five separate puppets as though they were his own. Each of these puppets are reanimated corpses that are both kept mobile and make use of thier and Rein's chakra. While controlling them, Xylo uses the alias "Rein.". In order to use the technique, Rein remains in a distance and control them with a chakra signal through their brains. To control them, Rein has to be close by, and ideally at the highest point possible so he can have the best range possible. Based after the Zodiack Signs, each body is named after the one of the different "signs": Aries, Tarus, Pices, Sagatarius, and Gemen. Each puppet seems to serve a specific purpose in battle, such as Poisom, Ariel attacking, Medical, and Defense.

He is kind of tall, about six foot but his real vastness lays with his width. Tarus has an extremely large stomach. It bulges outward many many inches. To match this his shoulders are extremely large. His stomach is matched only by his huge burly arms and legs. On the top of his massive stomache a small squat head rests. It has small ears and large eyes. But no one would ever see this for Tarus is always covered in a large black cloak. It reached his feet and covered every inch of his body. At always, a large hood covers his face. The reason for this is because of his hollow and large stomach; in which Rein resides and commads the puppet. From in here, Rein can see and control him. This is Rein's main way of traveling for cover.

Tarus has one special ability that governs all the rest. Because his large hollow stomach is encased in a thick layer of protective iron it is a proper place for one to reside while seeking protection. This is how Rein uses it. At any time Tarus's back of stomach can open and in Rein may go. From in here he can sit comfortably and see all through the puppets eyes. From in here not only is he protected but he can also control Tarus. Moving, attacking and etc. Tarus has a few weapons on him. He has large metal claws on his hands that are of course posioned with Rein's special posion. Also, stored in his mouth are a pack of one hundred or so senbon. (Note these are all posioned)

By tightening the grip of his hand, he can tighten the grip of the earth circling the opponent to make sure that they can't get away, and he will bind them in place. Karasu can completely close his first, resulting in the earth squeezing in and crushing his opponent to death. He also can make the size of the rising earth differ depending on the size of the opponent and he doesn't have to kill them, he can just make the grip that he has on them tight so that they are captured and rendered immbolized. Usually if that is the case, While the earth coffin holds them He can go over and knock them out while they can't move, The chakra of this jutsu isnt really consuming. Little to average amount of chakra is needed.

Three eye sized holes line each of the winds of Aries. In each of these holes are a thick purple liquid. And at a command, a plank will slide back and the liquid will hit the air (please not the liquid remains in liquid state because the chamber that holds it is air tight) Once the posion hits the air, it will become into a gaseous substance. It has small ears and large eyes. But no one would ever see this for Tarus is always covered in a large black cloak. It reached his feet and covered every inch of his body. At always, a large hood covers his face. The reason for this is because of his hollow and large stomach; in which Rein resides and commads the puppet. From in here, Rein can see and control him. This is Rein's main way of traveling for cover.

Because his large hollow stomach is encased in a thick layer of protective iron it is a proper place for one to reside while seeking protection. This is how Rein uses it. At any time Tarus's back of stomach can open and in Rein may go. From in here he can sit comfortably and see all through the puppets eyes. From in here not only is he protected but he can also control Tarus. Moving, attacking and etc. Tarus has a few weapons on him. He has large metal claws on his hands that are of course posioned with Rein's special posion. Also, stored in his mouth are a pack of one hundred or so senbon. (Note these are all posioned)

He also can make the size of the rising earth differ depending on the size of the opponent and he doesn't have to kill them, he can just make the grip that he has on them tight so that they are captured and rendered immbolized. Usually if that is the case, While the earth coffin holds them He can go over and knock them out while they can't move, The chakra of this jutsu isnt really consuming. Name: Sagatarius
Apperance:
Sagatarius is a short hunched puppet made by Rein. A long tattered black cloak coveres the body of Sagatrius save for two parts. The first is the head, which is a pale white faced head. The head is diamond shaped and curves down. A wild grin of pale sharp teeth are barely visable under the sloping head. Two large and menacing eyes are dead center of the face. The second part of Sagatarius are his arms and shythe. Two long arms extend out from the cloak. Clutched madly in the hands of the arms is a long seven foot heavy shythe. Now while Sagatarius looks like a normal sythe weilding puppet this is all false. If one would look under the cloak of Sagatarius they would see there is no humanoid body. Instead, a long curled up body of a snake. The width of the head, and the length of ten feet the long body of Sagatarius is extremely segmented. On each segment, long spike extend outward. As for the arms and the shythe, this is merely a part of it's own. Simply two arms attached to a shythe.

Weapons/Ability: The two weapons Sagatarius has go as follow. The first are the long arms that are connetced to the Shythe (note: the sthye is in no way connected to Sagatarius, while it may look like it with the cloak on it really isnt) The shythe is very sharp and the tip is coated in Rein's special posion. The second part of weapons are Sagatarius long snake like body. Once he had uncurled to his ten foot length, the segments on his body will start to spin around madly. And because of the spikes on each segment, the spinning makes them a deadly weapon. Rein moves Sagatarius like a fast moving drill.

A Raiton jutsu in which the user forms many small bursts of electricty that pelt an enemy, wracking them with pain and screwing up their nervous system, but not enough to be fatal. If enough make it to the victim's body it can temporarily paralyze the enemy.
Raiton: Raitsume
[Lightning Release: Lightning Claw]
Using the natural electricity of the body, the user pulls out electricity and coats the fingers of one hand in it. The electricity is then transferred to an opponent via a finger-jab or claw-slash.

[Lightning Release: Lightning Hoof]
Using the natural electricity of the body, the user pulls out electricity and covers one foot with it, or if the foot is booted, the boot of the foot. The electricity is then transferred to an opponent via a kick.
Apperance:
Sagatarius is a short hunched puppet made by Rein. A long tattered black cloak coveres the body of Sagatrius save for two parts. The first is the head, which is a pale white faced head. The head is diamond shaped and curves down. A wild grin of pale sharp teeth are barely visable under the sloping head. Two large and menacing eyes are dead center of the face. The second part of Sagatarius are his arms and shythe. Two long arms extend out from the cloak. Clutched madly in the hands of the arms is a long seven foot heavy shythe. Now while Sagatarius looks like a normal sythe weilding puppet this is all false. If one would look under the cloak of Sagatarius they would see there is no humanoid body. Instead, a long curled up body of a snake. The width of the head, and the length of ten feet the long body of Sagatarius is extremely segmented. On each segment, long spike extend outward. As for the arms and the shythe, this is merely a part of it's own. Simply two arms attached to a shythe.

Weapons/Ability: The two weapons Sagatarius has go as follow. The first are the long arms that are connetced to the Shythe (note: the sthye is in no way connected to Sagatarius, while it may look like it with the cloak on it really isnt) The shythe is very sharp and the tip is coated in Rein's special posion. The second part of weapons are Sagatarius long snake like body. Once he had uncurled to his ten foot length, the segments on his body will start to spin around madly. And because of the spikes on each segment, the spinning makes them a deadly weapon. Rein moves Sagatarius like a fast moving drill.

Description: The user will send a plume of an electrified chakra-like essence into the clouds above to activate bolts of lightning to rain down upon a target.

Description: The user will draw lightning down upon their body. The current will be contained within and around the user’s form. The user will then begin to spin in place, forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against an opponent. Even if the attack doesn’t directly connect with the foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

This technique forms an electrical dragon that shoots towards an enemy.

This technique shoots a small ball of compressed electrical energy that explodes upon contact with another object. The explosion is relatively small, but can still take out multiple people.
