Personality: Yoshimo is a very laid back ninja, who doesn't tend to worry about things as much as a regular shinobi would. He lives his life quite well by himself, always making time for hist studies and his sleep. Outside of battle he may seem like a lazy ninja, but during battle he is serious, and uses his high intelligence to defeat his opponents. Yoshimo has taken up serious studies on medical ninjutsu and posions, always interested in how the body works, and ways he can defeat his opponents. He has created several poisons and several medical techniques, which has earned him the title of the "Greatest Medical Shinobi". Yoshimo has gone as far as creating new bodies, creating people, and even can create bloodlines through advanced DNA reasearch and manipulation.
History: Years before the Kyuubi attack on Konoha, Izoto and Nara clan were allies and were the best known grouped clan in Konoha. The Izoto clan shared similar traits to that of the Nara clan, both could manipulate their shadows through the use of Yin-Yang Manipulation and could do extrodinary things in Izoto-Nara teams. The Izoto clan seemed to have more strength than smarts when it came to Shadow Manipulation, because the shadow manipulation of the Izoto clan was far more advanced than that of the Nara clan.
The Izoto clan's Shadow Manipulation was actually a bloodline limit, which endowed them with the ability to warp their shadow with out the use of handsigns. Their shadows could move quicker, binding opponents lasted longer, and some rare Izoto clan members could actually sap their opponents chakra through their shadows. Being a superior breed of Shadow Manipulators the Izoto clan were usually sent into battle first, with the Nara clan waiting back planning their every move. During the Nine tails attack, Izoto clansmen were sent into battle and actually showed great strength against the Kyuubi. This outraged the Nara clan, and the Izoto clansmen were shunned to the back of the village with the Uchiha clan. Sisuni tried a rebellion, but that was quickly killed off when ANBU were first initated. The Nara clansmen were told to wipe out the Izoto cla. After living safely deep in Iwagakure, he moved to Kumogakure, where he is settled now. (Better explination in clan history.)
As a child Yoshimo was raised in direct turmoil in conflict. He was what they called a war child, a baby growing up in the midst of war. Konohagakure was still at war with Iwagakure, and there were many shinobi being killed by Konoha's own yellow flash. As a baby, Yoshimo clung to his mother a lot, since his father was out most of the time, battling and trying to keep their location hidden. Yoshimo's mother made sure that Yoshimo would see none of this battle, and she also made sure that he would never have to worry about any war again. Luckily for her they lived away from the mainlands of Iwagakure, not experiencing much of the actual destructive battle of the war. They did though, go through silent nights without lights and without power due to the Konohagakure shinobi making its way to iwagakure. Time and time again they lived, but they knew one day they would have fight back, or be killed.
As a small child, Yoshimo was always interested in books, and learning, wanting to become smarter everyday. He liked training ninjutsu and taijutsu, but his real forte was at the desk reading. Countless of times he would have to educate his own parents on certain things, or read for them. They didn't know how to do most simple things, and being Izoto they were some what dumb. His grandfather however, wasn't and was very smart. Yoshimo learned that he was going to become a great shinobi from his grandfather, and if he didn't want to die like the other shinobi he would have to spend time with him and take up the ways of the Izoto and become great.
So Yoshimo trained. Day after day, night after night. During the day he would have to learn how to use his shadow better and better, from getting it to move without handsigns. Which proved quite difficult. Still to this day, Yoshimo uses handsigns to move his shadow because of the difficulty it takes to move it freely. His grandfather was the master of it, and usually could move it as easy as he could breathe. Since Yoshimo had been told that he would become the greatest of all Izoto shinobi, he trained regardless. Making sure that he could move his shadow great distances, as to break the chains that held the Izoto down. He battled with his grandfather night and day. Even in the night the Izoto clan became stealthy, so he'd learned to fight without his shadow and keep his chakra safe.
As a boy, he could handle his own and do most things for himself. He was chuunin rank and was getting smarter and smarter everyday. Yoshimo was strong enough to sneak in to Iwagakure undeteced, and steal books and food from their libraires and stores. Times were getting harder for the Iwagakure residents and the Yellow Flash was moving more often, and even along with his own jounin group. More and more shinobi were dying, and Konoha would make sure that they killed all the Izoto off. Yoshimo had to put behind all his desires and become the vessel that would keep his clan alive. He fed his parents daily, getting better and better at steath. He would never get caught, and always would manage to feed his family everyday.
One day while both of Yoshimos parnets were out Yoshimo's grandfather came up to him and discussed the future of the Izoto clan. Usually, its only the women that have the future telling abilites, and a few of the men. His grandfather saw that the true coming of the Izoto clan would not be with Yoshimo, but however with his son. At a young age Yoshimo didn't understand it, but he did understand one thing. It was important that he lived no matter what. If he died, then the Izoto clan would die along with him. His parents couldn't save it, because when they were supposed to come back, a messenger came instead, pronouncing them dead. Yoshimo wept and cried for a whole week over the death of his parnets, but his grandfather continued to raise and teach him the ways of a shinobi no matter how he felt. That whole week no matter how sad he was, his grandfather still forced him to train. they would go no were if he didn't man up and take the death.
And that is what Yoshimo did. Everyday he trained, with or without his grandfather. Untill his death....After his death. Yoshimo wandered the world, and moved to Kumogakure were he became the Raikage after the demon attacks. He stayed in Kumogakure for a good amount of time, meeting Nami, and having his own child. "Kenshi" The person that could revive the Izoto clan.
Learned jutsus: Kagemane, Kage Nui, Shadow Abyss Shell...
Weapons/items: A vast list of poisons, will post in item creation.
Goals: To get up in the morning without feeling groggy.

Since I aged in real life, I figure I should age Yoshimo also...so I made him a bit older

History: Yoshimo didnt do much. During the 1 1/2 year he came across a katana, to help him start training with his 11 year old son. Yoshimo also is in the Akatsuki with his best friend, Keiteki Drakun, and has been traveling wiht him. Yoshimo is no longer in Kumogakure, instead he is with Akatsuki, and he is also taking care of his family which are living in Iwagakure. Yoshimo also plans to get revenge on Sandaime Raikage who left the country and is at large somewhere. He also plans to use several scrolls he found while in Iwagakure, to get the Hokage to teach his son a jutsu for his wind nature.
