How about an entirely new force coming into the ninja world, probably causing the ninja countries to unite and fight against them?

Or another I got is a parasite that takes over the body of a ninja,any ninja no matter how smart they are or strong. There would be a main body and then whoever is the main body fights another and then multiplies and gets into the other body while still controling the main and so on and so forth. Now the only way to break out of it is if you have something thats completly different then other people's character,like for example my wolf ninja they arn't human but they can still be taken over but would eventually resist the mind control. Or another example,you have a high willpower and when I mean high im talking about Sanosuke lvl high.

NO DUDE!!! I mean the little bugs that crawl inside your brain and control your mind. The parasitic antagonists of that show, not the actual heroes who could transform into animals. Naruto ninjas can already transform! We don't need that as a special thing! So I'm saying we have some sort of parasitic insect that either eats people('s chakra) or controls their minds.
