Personality: Neko is very depressing at times; feeling shunned from society.

History: Neko grew up alone with his father after the passing of his mother. His father drank constantly and was very abusive. Knowing of Neko's unique abilities, Neko's father would cut him to obtain increased strength for several hours. Neko would wear long sleeves to hide the cutting marks left by his father. But when it came time for a physical, the truth was revealed. Neko was taken in by village orphanage to protect him fom his father.

Neko soon decided that he wanted to become a shinobi so that he would get strong enough to protect the village. However, he was unable to use and type of jutsu. Not only that, but when around other people, they also could not us etheir chakra, which would have made it hard to teach the other students any form of jutsu. Because of his massive amount of chakra and negating abilities, everyone turned their backs from him and viewed him only as a burden.

Personality: Kai is more outgoing than his brother, but also has some of his qualities.

History: When Kai was born, he was taken to a orphanage. Kai grew up with other children who did not have any parents. However, Kai did have a living father and brother that he did not know about. Neko knew of Kai's birth however, he did not want him to be tormented by their father and never went in search of him. While growing up, Kai advanced quickly within his class and became well known for his quick reflexes and abilities.

Kai was soon spotted by the Mizukage and taken under her wing. However, the Mizukage used his abilities to gain information on the Akatsuki and was the reason that she knew about Yoshimo's involvement. After leaving the village, Kai began his search for a team to join.
