Clan(Optional): This ability is unique only to Neko. It cannot be copied, duplicated, stolen or obtained in anyway. He is the only one with this ability at all times.
Element Affinity: -
Description: For unknown reasons, Neko's body produces an extraordinary amount of chakra. He has an unlimited amount of chakra. If someone with the Byakugan were to use it near him, his entire body would be encased in the light of his chakra. Because of the overflowing chakra, it even is seen in his bloodstream. If someone were to inject some of Neko's blood into their own system, that persons chakra level would increase the amount equivalent to that of a bijuu's and stay that way for several hours. After that amount of time, all of the bloodcells from Neko will die and dissapear completely. neko's blood cannot be stored for more than five minutes outside of a living body.
Weakness: Someone would have to rp obtaining blood from Neko in order to obtain it's effects for a short time. Also, the ability below is also it's weakness.

Description: because of the enormous and ever lasting chakra supply, Neko's body became a seal in it'self. Everything within a 100ft. radius has it's chakra sealed. His body negates the use off all chakra. The closer they get to him, stronger the negation is. Ninjutsu and Genjutsu that require chakra cannot be used, activated and any that is still in effect, is negated and stopped.
Weakness: Because of this, Neko cannot use any Ninjutsu, Senjutsu or Genjutsu that requires chakra.
