Kaji Kanto

His entire personality is a paradox beyond some peoples comprehension instead of a single personality he holds a disorder that allows him to have what you would call hundreds of emotions. He has developed a person almost for each of them and this is why people call Kaji unpredictable and somewhat of a paradox. He will usually and can burst through 8 different emotions in less than 25 seconds. This in a battle can be one of the weirdest things you can see. As he can go from anger into joy right into love in a matter of seconds. So if you literally piss him off and he gets side tracked for a few seconds he will have forgot everything you have just said and will not really care. However when he has to he can be serious when he has to be allowing him to not seem like a moron all the time. A example of when he can be serious is when he is interest on a mission that could leave a life of death or if you truly interest him.
However one traight always holds kaji is plainly a sadist... He loves pain giving it and reciving he will moan and pleasure and can take alot of it and still be able to move.
History:
Kaji was born his mother a acomplished medical ninja and his father a clan member of the acomplished fuuma clan. He was raised in a small village training under his parents as he grew up slowly. His power grew and he didnt show much potential at all. His parent put pressure on him to improve. He pushed his body further and further each day.
This is when his accident occured his heart and lungs and other vital organs began to spasm and wrench horibly causing Kaji to cough up enourmous amounts of blood. He was rushed by his mother onto a table where his mother conducted surgery on her. After a long and intense 8 hours of her constantly working she was done she fell back after placing the final mark of a seal on Kaji. She was dead...
Kaji's father was shocked at what had happened his lover and fallen to the ground and his son was on a table in immense pain. He cried and fell to the ground on his knees praying to a god for forgivness. One seemed to ansewer in a different form. Kaji stood up a scythe appearing in his hand and delivering a cut to his fathers neck. His father fell to the ground astonished at what had happened...
Kaji then brought the scythe up to his mouth and licked it. His seal on his neck burnt as a new segment was placed onto it. Kaji laughed as he walked out of the house. He wandered his smile now lasting forevor. He Decided it was his time to become a ninja he entered the closest village and became a genin fairly simply.
However he was visted by a man of shadowy disposition and somehow got dragged into the akatsuki's plans of corruption and became a member.

Chakra no Mesu - Chakra Scalpel
Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.
Chakra no Ito - Chakra Threads
Chakra no Ito is a secret Ninjutsu technique of the Fuuma Clan. The ninja will create threads of chakra which will start at their heart's chakra circulatory system and extend outwards. These threads can then be wound around their opponents body and internal organs. This essentially will tie their two hearts together and make them become one. Once fully in sync, the ninja's chakra circulatory system can control their opponents system, so if the ninja dies, their opponent dies as well.
The threads themselves are not easily cut by normal means, only a special Fuuma clan tag can cut the strings.
