Preparations for the Chuunin Exams (all welcome to join!)

Hoshimaru stood out in the field at the training area. He had worked hard to focus his chakra and improve his ninjutsu and taijutsu and felt ready for the combat portion of the exams...maybe. He still wasn't sure how difficult the exams would be and how strong his opponents would be, but he certainly felt more confident than he had before.

"Let's try this one more time," he said to himself. He pulled out his katana and let his chakra flow through it. He ran towards a nearby boulder and sliced it three times. The rock broke into small pieces. Hoshimaru was breathing heavily. It took him a lot of chakra to slice through a boulder. "Good thing most things are softer than rock, heh." With that, he put his katana away and sat down to relax.

Rain was wondering around her new village, she was had walked aroudn every part of the village, and now she was here. She noticed the lonely, by the looks of it genin training by himself, although he was probaly training for the upcoming chuunin exams, she could always join him, for her upcoming Jounin exams. There probaly wasn't any Jounin exams, but she did need some training. He looked like a skilled genin.



"Hey" She said seven feet away from him, "want someone to join you?" she asked knowing the answer was probaly yes. She pulled out her gun, her specail gun. She knew she wouldn't probally be forced to use her gloves, but she might, and it would be very tempting. She didn't want to hurt him either, it wouldn't be nice for their first meeting. She might use her arrows, but she thought the gun would be perfect. The arrows would hurt, and amplify the lightning, and are easily controled but then again she had her gun, and she liked her gun. She decided gun, and maybe gloves.

narutah was on his way to see his friends tehnhe saw to people about to trainhe walked overto them adn stoped 6 feet in front of them and said "hay you guys traing can i join"he sadi wiht a smile as rikau jumped on his head

Gen walked over by Narutah and laughed. "Lets get this training started." she had a few weapons with her, and they looked like they had been used before. She knew how to fight with them.

narutah looked at the gril confused hen started to skateaway he hade no idea who this girl was or howshe knewhis name so he just kept skating wihtriaku

Hoshimaru held his sword up as soon as Rain pulled out her gun. Narutah and Gen had thrown him off guard, but as soon as Narutah left, he regained his guard and stood in a ready stance. While standing still he studied Rain. She looked about his age, yet she had this air of experience and power that he couldn't help but notice. Also, she had a gun, which was his primary focus. He couldn't see any protector band that would show what village she was from, so he had to assume the worst, considering that she was pointing a weapon at him.

"Who are you and what do you want?" he said while keeping himself from trembling in fear.
