Chuunin Exams

Alright, guys we need the Chuunin Exams in Kumogakure. We desperately need the money. When the Chuunin Exams come I'm giving every country an option for their village to hold the Chuunin Exams. This is how its going to work.

Alright, every country as a money system, and the happy medium for a country is 1,000,000 Ryo. That basically means that the country is OK, and has enough money to supprot the people within it. When Chuunin Exams come, I'm going to give the village choosing the Chuunin Exams and extra 200,000 Ryo. Theres lots of activity during the Chuunin Exams, and that brings money to a village, because that village will have tons of more RPing in it. (If your country isn't doing the money system then it doesn't apply to you). Everytime we do a Chuunin Exam, that extra money for the country will be voted for on the chatbox. Or you can fight for it in RP form. I know you guys don't like the money system but theres lots of values. I'm gonna put it in spolier tags for length.

If you have lots of money, when your village gets attacked, you can hire people like Jin, Kyouken (if he does those jobs), or you can hire a village to help.

You know this rule?

-No knowing anything your character could not have known. If there is something about someone's character like a fear or some information that was kept secret then your character can't know it. This goes for attacks, weapons, methods of attack, ect. Please try to keep it like an actual fight.

When you hire someone the amount of time needed for them to get to you is literally non-existant. If you hire someone lets say I hire Jin to help with these dang demons. Then we close the RP of me hiring him. Now Jin's in Takigakure, and I'm in Kumogakure. Demons attack! Jin shows up during the attack and pwns them all.

Now most people would say. "Hey man, that's against the rules, there's no way Jin could have known that!" (They have this face goin' on ) You would be safe, because it'd be within the rules to hire a person and then have them show up for what they were hired for

Let's say you want to get rid of a person you don't like. So lets say you hire someone...uhh....I'll use Jin again...Lets say you hire Jin, and some how, (because of the stars aligning at a certain angle, and the world on some wierd fixation with the sun, and because of some weird stuff ) Jin doesn't get the job done. You paid him didn't you?!?!?! He's gotta pay the money you paid him and a lil' bit more(at administrative discretion of course) for not doin' the job! It's all fair and it's all good.

Lets say you just wanna help a village out. You could give money and form alliances that way.

Lets say Konoha got messed up, and Sunagakure lent them 500,001 Ryo. Yeah, 500,001. Now Konoha is in debt, and doesn't have money to pay the loan back. (If they accept the loan) After a certain period of time, if Konoha doesn't pay up, Suna owns the village. Yup thats right. Ownage. The Kazekage could then do what he wants with the people (with in rules), and they'd have to comply. Lets say Hank gets switched to genin, he wouldn't lose his abilities, (jutsu, bloodline, or weapons etc) he'd just have to become a jounin all over again, and take the Chuunin Exams and such. This is on the basis that Suna owns more than half of Konoha, and now since they own more than half, they have the majority vote.

Also, basically the more money you have, the more defenses you have. People can't say "I walked up in Konoha and killed all the citizens, waiting for the Hokage to show up" That'd be a violation of the money system, you could report them for that. They would have to RP them getting through the defenses, and it'd take more than one or two posts.

This money system is just on a village basis, and you wont have to pay for techniques and stuff...Money won't even touch all that. I'm not gonna do that. It's just going to be a village thing, and a personal thing for you missing-nin that want one.

Also you can sell drugs in a country....Yes...You can sell drugs. If the country allows it, then you can sell, and that incoming money from the drug dealers can weekly increase your money by a certain count. However, if you get caught stealing (in RP form), by an unallied village, you could get in big trouble, and if that country attacks more people (npc's, citizens) will die because it's people will be labeled drug addicts and not be able to defend themselves. So those selling drugs (yakuza) will have to RP in a way that makes it look like you aren't selling.

Kumogakure desperately needs this money so I've made a poll.

Please...
We've been destroyed and bombed. We need the money, 700,000 isn't enough to run a country.

So vote "Yes" if you are for Kumogakure.
