Location of the seal on the body: Dominants arm shoulder
Positive Effects: Lets you communicate with your compannion dog ninja from anywhere(the dog must have the seal). Also lets you teleport to yopur dog ninja if seperated. Sense boost.
Negative Effects: It Takes a little chakra to communicate but tons for teleportation, and medium amount for the sense boost. After sense boost runs out your senses are weaker for a couple hours. If u dont have enough chakra to teleport all the way there it will drop you where you had enough chakra to go.
Transformation Effect: 2 stages, First is just the communication, second is the sense boost. Get a little more power not much at second stage.(this seal isnt for power)
