Summoned Creature or Item: Mizu Sukuro-ru

Appearance: A light blue scroll, about arm length and width.

Description: Yoshimo uses the water scroll to summon a large pool of water at his feet. Yoshimo can use the water to conduct lightning attacks from him, or he can also use it in conjunction with his poisons and ninjutsu. Yoshimo removes the scroll, opens it, places the scroll on the ground and steps on it with chakra activated at his feet.

Weakness: Yoshimo is immobile, because it takes one post to complete the summoning. (Since you don't need a contract for plain old water, I don't need to post this in item creation.)
