Description
The scroll was given to Osamu Tezuka by his father before Tezuka joined The Sound village in pursuit of Strength

History
A pact between man and the "Heavenly Dogs" the Tengu will aid in battle, as long as the caster sacrifices a large amount of chakra.

Appearance
Big Like Jiraiya's, Black and White..with the symbol of "Trust" on the front.
