Description: The Rimakan has the ability to control time itself. Although it varies with each Rimakan, Osamu not being a full blood Rimakan, also gained an increase in eye sight. The Rimakans can slow time down speed it up and even stop it. Only those of full blood can slow down time, Osamu can only speed it up and stop it. Only after 2000 years can a Rimakan gain the ability to reverse time and even then you have to be able to handle the power that it takes to control it and you have to be of a Kage rank or higher to obtain this if not you will have wait another 2000 years. Also the eyes change depending on how you are controlling time. For instance:
