Name of Weapon or Item: Fizz's Jacket

Location: Worn on Fizz's torso, over his undershirt.

Description: This is a waterproof, zip-uppable jacket that has become part of Fizz's trademark look. It is usually worn open, unless Fizz dives underwater, in which case it is closed to form a watertight seal. It contains several pouches on the inside, used for holding scrolls, shuriken, smoke bombs, wire, and other basic ninja tools. Sewn into the stiff collar is the Waterfall Village plate, usually worn on a headband.

Located in the back inside is probably the most important part of the jacket, a round seal that Fizz uses to contain vast amounts of water. Held within is a volume equivalent to ten seconds of water straight from the Great Waterfall which guards Takigakure no Sato. In order to be used, Fizz will take of the jacket (obviously) and activate the seal while holding the jacket open; once unsealed, the water will gush forth at the same speed in which it was sealed. In this manner, it becomes a valuable weapon, as well as a water source in emergency situations. The drawback is that it is a one-time use; Fizz will need to return to his homeland in order to perform the ritual to recharge the seal.

History: There isn't a whole lot of history to be told about this jacket; Fizz donned it upon becoming a Genin, although it was somewhat big for him. It was still comfortable, though, and Fizz could be found wearing it on many a mission. Just as Naruto Uzumaki is known for his bright orange apparel, Fizz's blue, black, and white color scheme became somewhat unique to him. Headwear didn't really appeal to Fizz (he doesn't wear a traditional village headband), so he had the collar tailor-made to hold his Waterfall Insignia.

Fizz wore the jacket all the way through his journey to becoming Chuunin. At this time, the jacket was beginning to become a little small once again, so it was customized to fit his broader and taller stature; this time, however, another feature was sewn in: a large, circular seal. Usually granted to Chuunin in the form of a scroll, the Great Waterfall Seal was bestowed in this form, allowing it to be carried more practically and covertly. Just as before, Fizz has continued to wear the jacket all the way to present day.

Appearance: Fizz's jacket is of the zip-up variety. It has no hood, but has a very stiff collar. It is short-sleeved (the sleeves' length reaches almost to his elbows), and is made out of waterproof materials. When closed, it can form a watertight seal around Fizz's person to ensure anything contained within stays dry. Even so, Fizz usually wears the jacket open, both for looks and for the practicality of easy access to the pouches within. Placed upon the collar is fizz's Waterfall Village plate; like the jacket itself, it splits in two halves to allow the collar to open. When closed, the plate can click together in much the same way a seatbelt does, allowing the Takigakure symbol to be shown in full.

The entire jacket's color scheme is black and white, forming something akin to a Yin-Yang design. Starting from the torso's halfway mark, the jacket is white; below this, it is black. The two colors meet in the middle in a wavy shape, comparable to the (old) Pepsi Cola logo. Circles of each side's opposite color adorn the jacket front and back, forming a pattern of bubbles and contributing to the Yin-Yang look.

Name of Weapon or Item: Elemental Kunai

Location: They're contained within a scroll that Fizz keeps in his jacket.

Description: This pair of kunai is unlike the normal staple shinobi weapon. Fitted inside each kunai is a core of petrified sap from a tree grown with chakra, the same trees that element-testing paper is harvested from. This crystalline "Chakra Amber" is able to retain elemental chakra for a far longer time period than the paper, allowing it to take on properties of the element with which they are originally imbued. In this way, Fizz can have access to weapon-based elemental attacks normally beyond his reach. The kunai are sealed so that as they are removed from the scroll, the element for each may be chosen based upon an input of normal chakra from the user; this allows for any combination of the five elements to be selected for use. As their unique nature renders blades nigh-irreplaceable, Fizz uses them for hand-to-hand combat rather than as throwing weapons.

History: The elemental kunai were developed by a good friend of Fizz's, a shinobi and master weaponsmith of Hidden Cloud. They were crafted out of the aforementioned chakra amber, before being coated with a metallic alloy stronger than most kunai. This allows for a lightweight, yet very strong weapon. Fizz took the kunai home as a souvenir from this friend after visiting the mountainous village.

Appearance: After being unsealed from the their scroll, the kunai look relatively normal. They are mostly metallic black to gunmetal grey in color. Upon closer inspection however, one can see what appears to be a diamond tip to the point and edges of the blades. This is the exposed portion of the Chakra Amber, and the part that takes on the elemental properties. When activated, the Amber glows in a color that represents the element in use: Yellow for Earth, red-orange for Fire, green for Wind, light purple for Lightning, and deep blue for Water (as opposed to a lighter blue for normal chakra). This is coincidentally the same color spectrum Fizz's Aiirogan detects, and he sometimes uses the kunai to demonstrate his Doujutsu's vision.
