Battousai eye

Stage 1:
Appearance:
Abilitys: This stage is first recived through birth and is actually the normal stage of the eye. It allows the user to see the slightest twitch of a person's hand or even muscle. It also allows for the ability of a somewhat breakdown in a ability. A user can focus and see what type of style a user is in and be able to find faults in it in almost a minute
Stage 2:

Abilitys: The eye glows and the user gains a drastic increase in speed to almost a point of invisibility to the naked eye. It also allows for the minds abilitys(genjutsu) to multiply and allows them to do any jutsu without handsigns and see a fault in almost anything without having to focus for very long.
Stage 3:

Abilitys: This stage of the eye allows for a increase in speed to the upmost ability to basicly disspear and appear anywhere in a radius in a twitch of the eye. There mind has achieved so powerful that they can copy a entire move or style or stance of taijutsu or kenjutsu just by seeing it once. The body is now so powerful that there body holds somewhat of a visible aura around them and the users body looks red and almost godlike and they can cut through human bone in a single slash.
Weakness:
Stage 1: Even though they can see it dosent mean they can stop the movement. The breakdown thing you must concentrate and hold that concentration for about a minute and you cant move or you must start over again. So they are unable to do this technigue in pitch battle.
Stage 2: The speed boost places a Great deal of strain on the body and after the battle is over the user cant access this stage again for 2 hours. The user also must use more chakra than without handsigns to create justsu's and use them. The fault finding thing only needs 5 seconds of concentration. The reason the eyes glow is to show that chakra is leaking from the eyes as this stages consumes chakra.
Stage 3: The users body has a greater amount of strain and will cause great damage to muscles and once this stage is taken down from it they colapse for 2 days straght. They can only copy a style halfway and they must see the style two times to fully copy all its abilitys. The reason why the person can cut through bone is that the user's chakra is now fully leaking out covering the body in a powerful aura and the user can harness this but at the loss of the chakra.

Approved, but how about limiting that
to a specific radius. Like 20 meters or 30 meters.

I was going to make the move for that it was going to be limieted to 20 - 30 Meters anyway
