Positive Effects: Allows The user to kill his opponent slowly and painfully

Negative Effects: the user also dies, they are killed together.

Transformation Effect: the seal does not transform the user.

Seal Info:To release the seal the user must "cut: it with his/her own blood. when the seal is activated it cannot be stopped, the user and his/her target die slowly and painfully side by side.

Negative Effects: same as the one who signed there names on the scroll, she looses a large amount of chakra when ever seal is released

Seal Info: to release the seal the use the seal the user must break the skin underneath the seal( see Koari Tezuka character for more details on techniques)
