Positive Effects:
This seal was issued to Keiteki once Illidan witnessed the dark power of the evil dragon summonings Keiteki possessed. Using his abilities, Illidan issued this seal upon Keiteki, once he discovered the origin of these abilities, Retsu's poison, and issued this seal. It suppresses the mind twisting effects of the poison that Retsu used against Keiteki, which would, in theory, free him from the darkness. However, the Isagiyoi cannot completely suppress the dark side of Keiteki on it's own. If Keiteki's does not incorporate his own willpower, then the suppressing effect of the seal would be nulled.

Negative Effects:
The seal, when placed, did not activate immediately. It is actually set to activate at a certain time. In addition, when the seal is activated, Keiteki will lose the ability to summon his Dark Dragons.

Transformation Effect: When the seal is activated and erases Retsu's poison, Keiteki will, in theory, revert back to his former personality.

The seal drastically increases Keiteki's speed and strength by a large span. This allows for better dodging, countering, attacking, and general performance enhancement. Also, the seal will absorb all shadows that Keiteki would normally cast, which means simply that Keiteki does not cast a shadow, at all, meaning that jutsu that use or target the shadow become useless, except when the shadow, if the shadow, becomes physical.

Negative Effects: At all times it uses 35% of Keiteki's current chakra. If he cannot feed the seal that chakra, then it deactivates for the time being.

How does it absorb your shadow? I would like a better understanding of how this is done. I could understand if someone from the Nara had this because they could just keep their shadow small through manipulation. And I understand Niru's ability because he turns his body to photons. But could you please be abit more specific on HOW this is done?

Because a shadow is formed from light. It acts as the area that the light cannot reach behind and under an object. So the only way to remove this shadow completely is to some how make light pass through the object. I bettre description would better help me approve this.

It is a seal. The shadow attached to Keitkei, the one that he castes is attached to him, right? Well, the seal affects his entire body because it unleashes that speed and power in him, but at the cost of chakra. So what else it does is that it takes Keiteki's seal, and it just absorbs it using the seal, and selas it within the sela, but like the rest of the seal's functions, it uses up that chakra I put up above.

That is all I can do.

The reason why it's so hard to approve this is because you have two seals, fire, earth, and the ability to create metal, a great number of jutsu, and humongous dragon summons...Somethings going to have to sacrifice.
