allows The Caster to summon the legendary, powerful "Heavenly Dogs"...different Tengu have different abilities, chakra types.

Weakness:
It takes 20 minutes before you can summon the same Tengu again, The chakra type that they are vulnerable to, if my wind type Tengu is hit by a fire attack he must be summoned again later. the caster must sacrifice large amount of chakra everytime he summons, summoning more then twice is almost impossible.
