Appearance:

Personality: Tsukiko is cold, empty, cruel, and unforgiving. She shows no mercy, hates wimps, and loves to play with her prey.

History: Pre-Academy: Tsukiko was born on a full moon to her clan. The clan had kept themselves secret from Konohagakure for so long, until Tsukiko was born.
She Quickly figured out how to manipulate water before she was sent to the academy. Tsukiko had many friends in her clan, whom loved.
But little did they know, she was pure evil, and one day, kill them all.

Acadmey: When Tsukiko entered the academy, she was happy with it. She got along with a few students, but she hated most of them. She even tried to kill one of
them for making fun of her. She was stopped by 2 teachers, and they sent her home. They told her parents that she should stay home, and not academy for a few weeks.
Tsukiko had trained with her brother at this point. She was older than him, and better at being a ninja. She waited her week out fighting with him.
When she finally went back, she did good in every class, no one dared make her mad. She eventually graduated from the academy.

Genin Arc: Tsukiko was late to meet her two teammates, and sensei. She didn't know she was going to do a bell test. When she finally got there, the test had began.
She noticed she had to grab a bell, before her teammates, and because there was only two bells, she need one.
She ran at her sensei Throwing a windmill shuriken at him. She then allowed him to dodge it, then ran up and took a bell.
One of her teammates got tied to a log for not getting a bell. They all got to go home, except for him. A few days later, they went on a mission to find an Akatsuki member.
Tsukiko had noticed a resemblance in names, but didn't care. They went after the lone member. They found him trying to get away, but Tsukiko threw a Windmill Shuriken at the boat he was on, destroying it.
Tsukiko chased after him, dispite the warnings of her teammates. She found him, telling her about the future, and how they will be the winners, not the Shinobi nations.
This is when she started to go bad.

Chunin exam Arc: They finally had completed 8 missions, because they got all the hard ones. Their sensei had recomended all of them, leting them decide if they want to go.
They all trained hard. When it came, they went towards the room. They took the test, and they used their own ways of cheating. Tsukiko used mirrors to see others answers, and her teammates used the same method. None of them were caught. They understood the tenth question, and answered correctly.
Next was the Forest of death. As they started, they needed an earth scroll. Tsukiko said to let her do all the work. She found three Grass ninja, who wanted her Heaven scroll, but they fought. She killed the three grass ninja, and found an earth scroll.
She took it to the tower, and learned that only 5 teams made it. That was 15 Shinobi. They moved on to the Finals. Tsukiko used strategy to win. Her teammates lost their battles, but Tsukiko could still win.
Tsukiko beat every ninja she fought except for the final battle. She knew this guy was the one who beat her friends, so she had tomake him pay. They both did the same thing. Eventually, they ended it in a tir, both punching the other out.
Tsukiko had been ruched to the hospital. When she woke up, she heard excellent news. She and her team had beome Chunnin rank.

Chunin Arc: Now as a Chunin, Tsukiko often helped out the village, not forgeting what that Akatsuki member had said to her. Tsukiko pondered on this for many days, until she stopped caring for others.
She did missions that involved killing, murdering, slaughter, etc. She did so many high-ranked missions, that most people believed she was already Jounin, at the age of 13. She did though, become Jounin later,
and that's when her clan was buried. She traveled alot during this time. She visited many places, seen many ninja and many dead people. Nothing could stop her anger, and she knew who to take it out on.
She learned how to utilise her Kekkei Genkai of her clan, be using water and wind at the same time. Creating an icy substance, kinda like a crystal. But, her clan gives all their ninja a special powder, that is highly explosive, making these crystals very deadly when infused with water, even if you add a tiny bit, could blow up a large hole in a wall.


Jounin arc: When she became Jounin, Tsukiko was 17. Tsukiko had just returned from her travels when she heard. She didn't care. She never took on a team, or helped the academy. She visited her clan, and gained a huge supply of explosive powder. She started to show agression to her clanmates, often harming them in friendly spars. She began to kill her family members, leaving them were they fell.
She allowed her twin bothers to run, and hide, if they wanted to. She continued to kill, forcing them to watch the endless suffering. One of her brothers, Ryuu, tried to stop her, but he failed miserably, dieibg on the spot, her other brother away, not looking back. She fled from the village, keeping her headband as a broken, dead memory. She ran for 3 years, perfecting her skills.

Today arc: Tsukiko has left Konohagakure, became a huge wanted criminal, and tried to kill the kages a lot. But she could never kill them. She now wanders the lands, looking for something, or someone. She will not speak the name again,
untill the day she meets another member of their group, the Akatsuki. She wanted to find them so bad, she head back to Konohagakure, to stir up some trouble, and get noticed after hiding for 3 years. She has finally reached Konohagakure, and is ready to attack.

Speciality: Ninjutsu and chakra intuned.
