Name: Seth Uchiha

History: When seth was 4 his mother toke him on a grip to konoha so she could visit her friend who lived there.On their way there they were attacked by bandits who killed his mother,they cut off his left arm,and damaged his left eye.When seth was found by a member of the sound villages anbu who was on a patrol he was almost dead.Seth was brought back to the village quick and was brought to the hospital.They were able to replace his arm with new technology that when attached to the persons body it would fuse with them.If the arm touched anything tho it will take the properties of that item such as metal and become as strong and sharp as it.He can also focus his chakra into it so that parts of it can change shape(like a sword grows from the wrist or palm or anything like that).But they were not able to fix his eyes.His father decided he would give his son his eye so that his son could lead a normal life,but his fathers eyes were special.Seths grandfather went under experimentation by the 1st otokage.He had Uchiha Dna fused with his to see if he would develop the Sharingan along with 100 other test subjects.His grandfather was the only one who lived out of the 100 and he somehow developed the Sharingan as well.When his grandfather had seths father he was born with the Sharingan as well but for some reason seth wasent.After his fathers eye was implanted seth spent 5 months in the hospital untill he recovered.After he left and begged his father that he would start training him and his father agreed.Seth has since been one of the sound village's most useful ninja and went threw the ranks very fast becoming a jounin at the age of 16.
Personality: Seth always trys to act cool and always wants to be the center of attention.This along with his great sense of humor makes him a very likable person and a well known person around the village.He can also be very sarcastic even in serious situation sometimes replying to people with "Uh huh yep thats great" or "ahhh comon thats no funn".
Seth is also a very cunning a quick thinker able to make up multiple strategies in his head almost in the half the time it would take most people.Because of how well seth did in every exam and his ability to develop thoughts so fast he was forced to take an IQ test.By the time he was finished his score came out to almost 200 and has since been known to have the highest out of anyone in the village.

Not approved, you said Jounin rank, and I only see a single paragraph of history. Granted it is a very large paragraph, but you will need more than that to get Jounin rank.

Just thought i should let everyone know Seth is a gurl now. A gurl who doesn't wear very many cloths, and has a large gun.
