Personality: Naive, shy.

History: One of the direct descendent of Hirukitav, he is a young learner, beaming with speed and power. He is one of the smartest in his clan, with an IQ of over 250. At the age of five, he Told his father the whole story of how they came to be, passed down through a small book. He hopes now, as a genin, to find a team that can work together.
He one day may choose to be a Kazekage of the village, but he doubts that dream of his. His family has on last peice of the clan founder, His earth staff, and Giant fan. The fan was entrusted with Naijunai, as he one day might be the new clan leader. Losing can't bother him, he'll just train harder for a rematch. His younger sister, whom he loves, promised her to help her become a good ninja. He made is sister a stuffed racoon doll when they were younger, and she still has it, and they still love each other. He helped her train, because their parents had allowed him to do so, on one condition, he must protect her at all costs, even if it meant she must forfiet a match, which she'd be unhappy for a while.

8 palm rotation belongs solely with the Hyuuga Clan, it is more or less of a kekkei genkai technique as it requires the Byakugan to perform, and only the Hyuuga have the Byakugan.

Please fix that or explain as to how he may have the opportunity to utilize the Hyuuga Clan's kekkei genkai.

Hokage is only in Konohagakure no Sato, the Kazekage rules over Sunagakure no Sato. If you mean your character aspires to be the leader of Sunagakure, then change it to Kazekage. Or, if you meant you just want your character to rule over one of the five great villages, then change it to Kage.
