Saruwatari's weapon summoning tags

Name of Weapon or Item: Weapon summoning tag
Description: Similar to bomb tag, only it is attached to user’s wrists, and when the user inserts chakra into tag the tag will summon Multiple shuriken and kuni which are launched at opponet
History: In order to increase his chances of a successful surprise attack Saruwatari created these to eliminate the noisy clanking of metal kuni or shuriken in a quite area.
Appearance: Similar to bomb tags but attached to wrists. Paper wrapped around wrist.
