Ganseki Vs Itami

Ganseki was laying down, ontop of one of the side roofs of the stadium, looking up at the clouds as they passed by. He kept thinking about Yoshimo, how disappointed he was in him. The Chuunin Exams were going horribly so far, it seemed as it couldn't have gotten any better. Suddenly, he heard the announcment he was waiting for. The one that announced who he was facing and that it was starting now.

He quickly stood up and began to dust himself off. He looked down, from the edge of the "roof" he was on, noticing that his opponent still hadn't arrived. Instead of waiting for him to arrive, he decided to get there first. He jumped down towards the middle of the stadium, landing standing up on both feet. It seemed as though he had made a pretty cool entrance, when suddenly, he saw a spider heading towards him and began to scream.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! A SPIDER! KILL IT! KILL IT! KILL IT! KILL IT! KILL IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!"

[Kyo]

Itami slowly arose from his seat ans walked down the steps. His head hung low as he kicked a rock along the way. As eh made it to the center of the arena, he looked up and brushed his bangs away from his face, only to have them fall right back down. Being able to sense chakra, his Rinnegan revealed that this boy infront of him was amazingly strong. He seemed to have enough chakra to be level with the Hokage. He needed to be cautious while fighting him. He did not realy see the point in fighting and wanted to return to his seat. As he thought about giving up, his mind wondered to what would happen. He could see Kirin smacking him upside the head and helling at him for doing so. He gave off a small shiver as he thought about Kirin angry.


"I am ready when you are..." He did not move or take a stance; he just stood there and rolled the pebbled under his foot back and forth.

Ganseki was now at the corner of the stadium, sitting in the the fetal position. He pointed towards the spider that was getting closer and closer to him by the second.

"I'M NOT GOING TO FIGHT UNTIL SOMEONE KILLS THAT SPIDER! HURRY! KILL IT BEFORE IT GETS ANY CLOSER!"

He yelled out towards everyone in the stadium. People were already starting to talk about how scared he was of that spider. They were already starting saying that Itami was going to win the fight, hands down. But what happens during the fight might surprise and change their opinions drastically.

[Kyo]

Itami watched as the boy cowered away from the bug. Itami saw no point in killing the small insect and decided to wait until Ganseki was done. If he wanted the bug dead, he would have to kill it himself. Itami continued to fiddle with a few rocks that he held in his hands while he waited.

As the spider got closer, Ganseki made some quick hand signs. Suddenly, a small piece of earth next to the spider flipped over and crushed the spider.

"YAY! I crushed that ugly spider!

He said, full with joy. He stood back up and walked towards the middle of the arena, he looked ar Itami as he fiddled with the rocks. And in a cold and emotionless voice he said, [b]"And now It's time for me to crush you..."

[Kyo]

Itami continued to fiddle with his stones and watched the boy. His threat seemed meaningless to him and unneeded. From the outside, he looked like an easy win, but from the level of chakra that Itami was sensing, he would be a very tough opponent. Not many people would be surprised though. He was just as weird as everyone else here and would raise no eyebrows.

Itami moved his bangs from his eyes once again to get a better look at him as he waited for Ganseki to make the first move. Itami never rushed into things and was never into the whole fighting thing. Whenever he fought an opponent, he usually waited for them to make the first move.

Ganseki immediatly jumped back after seeing Itami's reaction, noticing that he wanted him to to make the first move. He made quick hand signs as he was in the air, holding the snake hand sign as he landed on the ground. Once he landed, the earth below Itami went flying up towards the sky. It, without warning, quickly went down towards the ground, heading all around Itami.
