Rain's Bloodline

Name of the Kekkei Genkai: Mind Waves

Description: This bloodline isn't very interesting. THe only things that can be done are: Using mind waves for genjutsu, making the almost virtually unblockable. And they have the ability to read minds, not very well at first but its gets better as they go along in life.
Weakness:The more they use their bloodline the more their emotions go crazy. The mind waves have no affect to the drawback whatso ever. Mind reading has a very, very mild affect.

Making people forget things is a bit much. Plus, just because you can read someones mind, does not mean you can see into their past. It only means that you can hear what they are saying within their head.

With their memory manipulation they can go into their passt and read their memories, butr I dleted that part so all fixed?
